Date of Stay:

Clean and friendly. Very close to downtown and the rail system, however very quiet.

Date of Stay:

Reserved a site - arrived with no one around to direct us or collect. Waited till the next day - did not find anyone and the heat was unbearable so we left. Left a note and a voice mail - no responses. Park in need of upkeep - seems to be people working on it. Large park - about 5 campers. Still have not heard from the proprietors as to what I owe.

Date of Stay:

Not bad, people were friendly. Site not very level. Some long-termers need to titivate their spaces. Saturday evening show and steak dinner a must.

Date of Stay:

Short stay on our way home. Pricey for what was there. Nice display of camping memorabilia during the heyday of RT 66. Sites were not near level - one tire off the ground. Staff was friendly enough, but not overly helpful. Watch the water pressure.

Date of Stay:

Short stay on a long trip. Mostly open space with easy access and few shaded sites. Friendly staff. Did not see much, just a rest for a couple nights.

Date of Stay:

Great people. Seems I forgot to call ahead and reserve, but they managed a space for me. A little tight to access, but doable even for a long rig (60 ft.). Make sure you take the RED or YELLOW roads - the main drag (which the navigator recommends) will be stressful.

Date of Stay:

Parking lot. A little expensive for a casino, but the facilities were clean and functional. No shade and a bit of a challenge navigating with the construction going on. Not in the best area of town, a little run down. Ended up towing the rig through downtown St. Louis because we missed the navigational directions.

Date of Stay:

Very nice park - did not get the opportunity to join in festivities - sightseeing. Rate changed middle of stay resulting in a $2 increase. Roads clean and easy access. Liked the spaciousness of the sites. Staff friendly and courteous.

Date of Stay:

Temporary stay while we visited investments in the area. Convenient to highways yet far enough to reduce highway noise. Sites were hard packed and clean, with easy access. Friendly staff. Did not use the amenities to cannot comment, but I am sure they were satisfactory.

Date of Stay:

Family park - large play area for the kids, encourage get togethers with rides and ice cream social. Very friendly staff, always helpful and willing to lend a hand. Even though it is just off the highway, the road noise was not annoying.

Date of Stay:

Navigation was a challenge, missed the first turn as signs were not clear. Drove past the entrance - signs confusing. Navigation was close but adequate. Saw little of the staff. In town for a convention. Prices do not include Sales Tax (7%) and County Tax (10%)

Date of Stay:

Most access roads in need of repair. Spaces adequate and some shade. Limited parks available in this area. Family park but noise not abusive. Next to amusement and casino.

Date of Stay:

Clean park, level sites. Did not use any of the amenities as this was a one night stay - moving on to Iowa.

Date of Stay:

Not much available for travelers in this state - most spaces reserved year round. Would not let me use my electric cart as it was not registered in state. Spaces wide open, but not much for shade. Arrived early and had to move - although no one in assigned space. Reservations on line and site personal can't alter.

Date of Stay:

Small private RV park. Looks like they are just getting things started. Proprietor was friendly enough, although I booked a "pull-through" and it was not available when I arrived. Spaces were wide enough and not crowded so it was not a problem. Proprietor offered a no charge stay because of the mix-up, but the cost I sure only covered expenses so I rejected his offer.
