Orange Grove RV Park, Bakersfield, California

Date of Stay: February, 2012 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Nice clean, well kept RV park in an orange grove. You are able to pick fresh oranges to eat, what a nice treat for anyone who stay at this park. Distant train noise at all hours of the night. During our one week stay we had no Wi-Fi access. The staff were very friendly and accommodating let us use guest computers for internet access. This is on our list for returning when we travel through again. We camped at Orange Grove RV Park in a Motorhome.

The Lakes RV & Golf Resort, Chowchilla, California

Date of Stay: February, 2012 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice well kept park, somewhat tight spacing for a 43' with tow but we managed. Wi-Fi was great. Very good security. Train 3, 4, 5 AM and road noise. Expensive rate, would stay here again only if we had no other choices. We camped at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort in a Motorhome.

Durango RV Resort, Red Bluff, California

Date of Stay: January, 2012 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

This is an absolutely perfect spot we started by spending one week, then stayed for a month. Staff is very helpful, friendly and very accommodating. The park itself is large and spacious. The only two negatives (1) for us light sleepers was the distant train and highway noise.(2) When the park fill up the Wi-Fi was slow, and at times not available. This is on our list of return its is such a nice RV park. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Motorhome.
