Tips for other Campers:

Many places to eat near by. Many parts stores and a super Walmart in the middle of nowhere around the corner. A Smith's grocery store 1/4 mile away. Kroger.

River View RV Park & Resort, Vidalia, Louisiana

Date of Stay: February, 2012 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Nice place to be and see. The great Mississippi River. Nice place. laundry rooms are perfect. Plenty to do. Quiet at night yet a lot of people in an out during the day. Lots of kids. RV sites are tight but the pull throughs are nice. Will come back one day with a boat and spend a month there exploring the river wild. Do not the let the fact that it is in Louisiana fool you. Very polite people and helpful when in need. We camped at River View RV Park & Resort in a Motorhome.

Hill Country Cottage and RV Resort, New Braunfels, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2012 - $50.00

Wow. A really fun place for events. Plenty to do in this area. The water parks are amazing. Great adventure but a very busy park. Other than traffic a really fun place. No complaints other than a a little high. But you can see where the money goes. In the park. We camped at Hill Country Cottage and RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Turquoise Trail Campground & RV Park, Cedar Crest, New Mexico

Date of Stay: February, 2012 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We had a very nice stay. A very clean old country style park with great views of the stars. Though our pets are on a leash they have 2 acres open land for walks. Was a little chili at night yet the days were perfect. Being on the other side of the mountain from Albuquerque turned out to be a blessing. Just a few minutes from town with no lights and no traffic noise at night gave our family the camping experience as it should be. Very helpful hosts and the vintage trailers are so cool. We will return this year for the vintage trailer rally to see more. If you need everything concrete, fancy clubhouses and noisy pools then keep going. If you like a peaceful rest in the country I do recommend this park. We camped at Turquoise Trail Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
