Lazydays RV Campground, Seffner, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

The park is set up for RV's and not for tents. This is not a wilderness type resort. Decent paved sites. All trailers are left at a separate area at no charge rather than on your site. The overall atmosphere is that of a small town with free trolley going around the resort and sales area. It is an RV Resort for those enjoying the RV Lifestyle as everything in the facility is well thought out and the staff all appear to really enjoy their jobs. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay and would definitely return to Lazy Days in the future. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Be sure to check out their sales area with 1,400+ new and used RV's on-site and a great new "toy store".

Coastline RV Resort, Eastpoint, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

Rate based on weekly rate. Great new resort with a great future.

The wifi ended up being a bit slow, but the TV was good, spacious level sites, friendly staff, great clubhouse and a view of the water across the street.

We enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing. We camped at Coastline RV Resort in a Motorhome.

TeePee Camprground, Mackinaw City, Michigan

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

A smaller park on the water. We managed to get an excellent site overlooking Lake Huron and the Mackinac Bridge. Very friendly lady manager that personally delivered a package to our site that I had ordered a week earlier. Our site was fairly level, with shade and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back to this little gem. We camped at TeePee Camprground in a Motorhome.

Fort William Historical Park RV Park, Thunder Bay, Ontario

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Located about 2-3 miles out of Thunder Bay within the historic Fort William park. Our site was on a grass field and at that time of the year only a dozen other RVs were there so plenty of space.

A great location for 2-3 days of sight seeing. We camped at Fort William Historical Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wisconsin State Fair RV Park, West Allis, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

A basic park within the State Fair grounds.

Paved, level sites, well lit and good space between sites.

The set up for sewage drains seemed a bit strange in that one site drained on the drivers side and the adjacent site drained on the passengers side.

We had to move in order to get a site that our hose would reach.

The park was clean and quiet and we would definitely stay there again. We camped at Wisconsin State Fair RV Park in a Motorhome.

We toured the Harley Davidson Museum (excellent parking for an RV) and drove along the lakeshore.

New Orleans West KOA, River Ridge, Louisiana

Date of Stay: February, 2013 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We were very pleased with this KOA. The park was well maintained, spacious sites, level cement pads, quiet neighbors, fast Wi-Fi and reasonable rates. All staff members were very friendly and offered good suggestions for restaurants, etc. They offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the French Quarter with commentary along the way. All in all, a "very good" park and one we would definitely return to. We camped at New Orleans West KOA in a Motorhome.
