This park was supposed to get a major upgrade from the owner of the day but due to a legal issue the ownership changed. Resort was the name given by previous owner and referred to what the park was going to be redeveloped into. This didn't happen and the park is inhabited mainly by low income people. There are also thefts occurring and stories of drug dealing. The spaces are tight and the sites and roadways are run down. The manager is pleasant and helpful, but doesn't have a clue about what snowbirds and winter escapees are looking for in a resort.

Lovely park with very helpful staff in the office and out & about. Sites are plenty big enough and they are mainly occupied by travelling RVers. A few permanents who love to hang plastic flowers on their aluminum awning but not enough to be a turn-off. Great clubhouse but no activities except Christmas & Thanksgiving dinners. Got a few silly rules with no flexibility but all in all a not to miss park.

Don't know the full scoop about this park but apparently it was a membership resort that had gone to seed and someone purchased and spruced it up. I didn't know the park before but it certainly shows off very well now. Excellent restrooms, laundry, and clean pool. Staff are extremely helpful and keen to oblige. The activities co-coordinator does a super job of organizing all kind of activities including craft fairs, social events, and catered meals 3 or 4 times a week with free entertainment on Saturdays. Sites are plenty big enough with easy hook-ups. They have a few rental park models, but they are all in one area so RV's don't get 'shoe-horned' in between. We have booked for 2 months next winter. Rate reflects Passport America

Usually the RV Parks associated with Casinos are quite good. Not this one. There are two parking areas one adjacent to the river and one in the 'Canyon' The sites near the river are not too bad. Mostly back-in with concrete patios not big enough for a front door DP. No privacy between sites. The view from your patio is your neighbors hook-ups. The Canyon is a different situation. More like a gravel pit with back in sites with an almost vertical bank behind you and a narrow road up the middle with a small turn around at the end. The main road through the park has evil speed bumps that are not always at right angles to the road so a Motorhome has to put four separate wheels over them causing some severe lurching. Looks like the park was put together as an afterthought to a very nice casino and hotel. Pity as the Colorado river is a nice location for the winter

This is a really nice park with spacious sites and beautiful landscaping. However there are a couple of downers. There is no cable TV available, and although the big trees offer lots of shade, if you have a roof mounted satellite dish you only have a choice of a few sites to be able to get a signal. They have Wi-Fi provided by an outside company which is $25.00 a month and slower than molasses. Good food at the casino cafe if you can stand walking through the smoke to get to it.

Wow! What a find after a drive down from Canada right through Washington in pouring rain. Large pull through sites with enough length to leave the toad connected. Grass between sites and some large shade trees. It's a campsite at a truck stop so watch out for semi's maneuvering through the fueling area. We arrived late afternoon so it was handy to be able to fuel up and buy a box of Bud and be able to relax before leaving the next morning. There's a MacDonald's on site so you can get breakfast to go if you want.

Large pull through sites with grass and trees in between. Has a 9 hole golf course on the property. Easy to maneuver and sites are long enough to leave toad hooked up. Close to 99, but traffic noise was minimal. Neat sports bar and restaurant on site. Good security with coded entry gates for after hours exit and re-entry.

Well managed park very clean and tidy. Can't understand why it is 55+. Some of roads are s bit narrow and that makes backing in tricky. No guidance offered at check in. What bugs us about this park is that it is a mix of touring rigs and park models. We were touring and were surrounded by park models which gives you nothing in common with your neighbors, and we all know how RVers love to chat with other RVers!

What a dump. Half full of itinerant construction workers. Park management has recently blown out the sewer system. You heard it: blown out. Toilet tissue was hanging from the trees. Great western bar on site helped to escape from reality, but never again.
