Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We moved in April 1 2015 and are still here. Quiet! Nice neighbors! Good WIFI, dumpsters are dumped regularly. Yard maintained, safe environment. Super nice meeting room, ice cream socials, pot luck, cable TV. Propane nearby! $450 summer monthly + electricity. Not sure about nightly but this site required avnumber.!! We camped at Circle B RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots of RV parts available in rv store. Closes rv park to Billy the Kid Casino/Racetrack. Wednesday seniors get casino cash to play.

Monday & Wednesday are 1/2 price senior buffet. Very good food. We like breakfast best. But all is great.

Twelve Oaks RV Park, Lake Charles, Louisiana

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Not a good park for snowbirds. No activities and the clubhouse is in with office. No privacy to socialize with friends; clubhouse is cluttered with all these places to sit, but too much cheap decorations so it is uninviting. Complaints about break ins, dogs left unattended, barking dogs, pet park under water due to low land, no waste bags most of time so we used our own. Owner is very nice, but manager has problems. When raining: the sites have a low spot that holds water. I would recommend for overnight stops only, or working men! We camped at Twelve Oaks RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Great Campground! The only negative thing was we arrived in the dark, not enough light to see to find the site numbers. Other than that A+ (retired teacher) We camped at Coushatta Casino Resort Red Shoes RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
