Nice park right next to the highway and across from Denny's restaurant. The bathrooms and showers were large, tiled, and immaculate. No shade but a nice place for a few nights.

We came for a few days to try it out and stayed for four months. This is a really fun place, lots of activities including hiking, biking, geo-caching, photography, quilting, crafts, games, exercise, karaoke, live entertainment, and pot lucks to name a few. There is a hot tub, heated pool, billiards room, and library. The hiking trails at Tucson Mountain Park abut the property, so you can go hiking anytime without having to drive anywhere. If you are looking for a high-end fancy park, this is not the place. If you want a folksy, reasonably priced place to stay, where the owner really cares about his clients, you will like it here. There are so many extras. The owner provides cookies and coffee for all activities, donuts for Monday morning meeting which is a hilarious informational/comedy routine, birthday cake and ice cream once a month, wine and chicken wings for dances and other touches that make it special. It is an older park and the sites are an eclectic mix of small and larger sites but the owner really tries to help you choose a site that suits your needs. We never had any problems with our electric using 30 amp. We came on the 8th of the month and our monthly rate went until the 8th of the next month so we didn’t pay for any days we weren’t here.
