Camp ground was clean. Bath house and laundry room was clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of room for big rigs. Nice little town to visit. Would stay again but not eat at K Bob's again. We camped at Raton KOA in a Motorhome.

Glad I read the review of this place. Great on and off I-35. Very quiet. No road noise from the Interstate. Downtown has some nice buildings to see. Would stay again if we get back this way. We camped at Best Western Territorial Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Whiskey Flats RV Park, Hawthorne, Nevada

Date of Stay: August, 2007 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Nicely spaced campsites and level. Very friendly camp host. Very clean place. Did not like the water connection, as they were in a PVC pipe and I could not connect a wye. Minor problem. Not to much road noise since the highway is close. Great price. Will stay again if passing through. We camped at Whiskey Flats RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sunrise Valley RV Park LLC, Mina, Nevada

Date of Stay: July, 2007 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

It was a good stopping place. It was after 6 p.m. when we checked in. Friendly people. There was road noise but it was hot and we could not hear it when the A/C was on. Has some nice views of the mountains, great sunset and a dark sky at night. Would stop again, if needed the rest. Not a place we would make a trip to. We camped at Sunrise Valley RV Park LLC in a Motorhome.

Wine Country RV Resort, Paso Robles, California

Date of Stay: June, 2006 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Great place to stay. Friendy staff and great facilities. Easy for Big rigs. They charged us $2 a night per dog, would be the only complaint. It gets a little windy up on the top section but the view is nice up there. They are improving the sites with cement pads. We camped at Wine Country RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Maple Leaf RV Park, Morgan Hill, California

Date of Stay: June, 2006 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Second time we have stayed here. There are half as many full timers as there was in 2005. The roads and RV sites are narrow. Pretty quiet at night, even with the train going by. Good spot to stay for the area. We camped at Maple Leaf RV Park in a Motorhome.
