Pony Express RV Resort, North Salt Lake, Utah

Date of Stay: March, 2012 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Pretty nice place. The sites are a bit small but the layout makes it work. They have a key-coded gate entry that helps give peace of mind since it is located in an industrial area. It is generally quiet except for the occasional airplane from a neighboring airport. Hands down the best RV camp in SLC. We camped at Pony Express RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Extremely well kept and updated. Friendly staff (except the gal in the admin office). Quiet, spacious and well kept. I can't say enough good about it. We camped at Olde Stone Village RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Mountain Shadows RV Park, Draper, Utah

Date of Stay: March, 2012 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Very loud from road noise. Tiny trailer sites, there were literally 3 feet from the slide out next to us and our trailer. The "pull-thru" sites were impossible to pull through due to the narrow sites and narrow roads. There were trucks and trailers parked along the road sides making maneuvers tough. They had duct tape holding electrical fittings together. Many many many run down vehicles and trailers with no available parking for visitors. This place is not for the recreation RV user looking for a quality camp, very disappointing. We camped at Mountain Shadows RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Friendly/helpful staff. The grounds could be better kept but they were fine. Pool looked nice. Walking distance to the casino. The patrons were friendly and respectful. I would definitely go back. We camped at Wildhorse Resort and Casino RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
