Phoenix RV Park, Salem, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for a week so the price is reflected for a week stay. When we are in the Salem area we always stay here. This place is always clean and neat. The staff goes out their way to help you with anything you need. The restrooms are always super clean. This location is close to a market and less than a mile from a WalMart. Plenty of big named restaurants in the area. The spaces are more than sufficient and they each have a BBQ table to put your BBQ on and not on the table. Our MH is 42' and there was plenty of room for it and out tow car in our spot. All the pull through spots have two sewer connections one for a rear type connection and the 2nd one is in the mid area for that type. We will diffently stay here again and highly recommend this RV park. We camped at Phoenix RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wine Country RV Park, Prosser, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We feel that the site we had was sufficient. We had a end space so we had extra grass area that was not used by your next door neighbor. Everything worked as expected. Restroom was cleaned but we were surprised that they had pay showers. Lots of wineries in the area. Stayed here in a motor home and would stay here again. We camped at Wine Country RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wildhorse Resort and Casino RV Park, Pendleton, Oregon

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Site are very sufficient. Easy to get around the park with long or large vehicles and tow. No trees to block satellite dishes unless u are in a back in site along the outside edge of the park. I lowered my rating because of the restrooms. They need to have their cleanup personnel to make a little more effort in cleaning it. It appears that they only make sure there is no trash on the floor, but need to get into the corners and other areas. This location does "NOT" have cable TV, and never had according to the office staff. I might stay here again if in the area. We camped at Wildhorse Resort and Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

Twin Falls 93 RV Park, Filer, Idaho

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

As with others, this park is well taken care of. Grass area between sites, not large but sufficient. Sites are level, to a point. Yes the bathroom toilet area is cramped, but they are "CLEAN". They are in the process of adding approx. 30 some new pull thru sites. Shopping areas are about 7-8 miles away in Twin Falls. All services worked as they should. Traveling with 7 other rigs and no one complained about anything not working as they should. If in the area again would stay here a second time. Although they have a connection for cable TV, they do not have cable. Only 6 stations available via over the air. We camped at Twin Falls 93 RV Park in a Motorhome.

Zion River Resort RV Park & Campground, Virgin, Utah

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here with a large group and was the first time in this area. Place is very clean, as I watched their crew clean the outside tables after someone left. They sweep and rake the area before the next check in. Check in was very quick and all the personnel here have been very pleasant to talk to for answers. Nice large office area, pool for kids and close to Zion Nat Park. If in the area, will definitely stay here again. It's very busy here during spring break and cooler times. They also have cabins for rent also. We camped at Zion River Resort RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Pechanga RV Resort & Casino, Temecula, California

Overall Rating:

We really enjoy staying at the resort. Easy check in and a large pull through spot. There is construction going on but it did not bother us. When out to winery's in the area. Great restaurants in the area, lots to do. We will return to this RV Resort. Lots od security and numerous shuttles to the casino if U indulge. We stay here anytime we are in the San Diego area. This location has always been clean which includes the bath and showers area. They had a small band that played a variety of songs. They also had a small bar that had reasonable priced wine and beer. We will stay here again. We camped at Chula Vista RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

They only one mobile detailing company to wash and/or wax your vehicle. Their price was $3 a foot for wash and $7 a foot for wash/wax. There is a WalMart close by, with several places to eat or sample wine. All the major department stores and food establishments are within 7-10 miles. They have numerous food discounts coupons available for all types of restaurants.

Gulf Coast RV Resort, Beaumont, Texas

Overall Rating:

Can not add anything about the good of this park. The desk person was cheerful and extremely helpful. We stayed here during a storm for 4 days. Could not ask more from a RV park to help or assist during this storm. The park was clean and the spaces were quite large. A past post indicated that the pool appeared "murky". During our visit the pool never looked "murky" and there were some children playing in the pool when it was not raining. Yes, you can hear the highway noise from the park, but I do not hold that as a negative against the park. This park is an easy on and off the interstate. I definitely would stay here again, when passing through the area. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Bayou Segnette State Park, Westwego, Louisiana

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Can not dispute the "RAMP". We unhooked as suggested and no problem. These are the widest space we have been on this trip. Normally RV Parks would but in 2 more spaces between the rigs as this is laid out. Almost have to yell at your neighbors to communicate. Most spaces have a deck, table and fire ring. Bathroom was clean and water was hot. If they would put in sewer at each spot, I would give this place a 10. Speed limit inside the park is 15 MPH.... was warned not to exceed that, will get a ticket if U get over 20 MPH. Some spaces are not good for Sat TV. Will stay here again if in the area. We camped at Bayou Segnette State Park in a Motorhome.

About 15 miles from French Quarter. A fresh fish/Shrimp location just to the right of the park. Paid $3.50 for a pound of Shrimp, caught that day. Whole shrimp, so U must clean them.

Graceland RV Park & Campground, Memphis, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here as part of a caravan. It is within walking distance of Graceland and shopping for Elvis things. Park was quiet even for a weekend and some kids. Pool was still open and being used. I noticed on the main review page that "Cable TV" was checked. I do not believe they have cable TV in the park. At least none of our neighbors had "Cable". I would stay here again if in the area. St. Louis West / Historic Route 66 KOA, Eureka, Missouri

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

We are staying here as part of a caravan, so the price is unknown to us. This is a KOA Campground,so it is pretty standard setup. Everything worked as they should. On a very positive note... They have the best Internet of any campground I have stayed at. But remember it is not "SECURED", so keep that in mind. We have a pull through spot and it was more than big enough for a 40' and tow vehicle. There is some highway noise and train noise, but no horn from the train, you can hear it as it passes. They hand out a flyer with info on shopping, fuel and activities in or near this campground... I would stay here again if in the area. We camped at St. Louis West / Historic Route 66 KOA in a Motorhome.

Mark Twain Cave Campground, Hannibal, Missouri

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

I'm not sure what some people expect as I liked this location. Close to town and all activities you would want. I have air bags for leveling and they got me level. I was in the center section and was able to get Sat TV. I'm sure if you were under the trees you would not get any Sat TV. WiFi was not as good as I would like, but I was able to get on and look at some things. As I checked, Bathrooms was clean and the hot water was hot. I would stay here again. Sports Unlimited Campground, Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We were parked in the "Transit" area of the park. It was a back-in site, as most in this area. This RV park has a majority of permanent type RV/5th wheels/Park Models. This area is close to boating/fishing and other similar type activities. We are following the Mississippi River "Road". There was a train track next to the park and trains do run all day long. If you can put up with a little discomfort, this park would be fine for a couple of days. Lots of shade trees and no SAT available in the "Transit" area. Royal Oaks RV Park, Bemidji, Minnesota

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for 2 nites prior to starting a caravan. Location is easy to get into. I had a pull thru spot. Sort of level, but I could not get the coach to level via my air bags. It took all of my 25' water hose to connect, most of my 35' elect to connect and 25' of sewer hose to connect. Others did not have that distance, but space #4 did. There are a few full timers, but their spaces were clean and not cluttered. My pull thru spot would allow the vehicle to remain hooked up. Next year they will require a deposit for a cable box for TV. For me, too many trees for my Sat on the roof. I would stay here again. We camped at Royal Oaks RV Park in a Motorhome.
