First time here and it is all positive from us. Spaces were large for our 42' with 4 slides and tow. They pick up your trash at the curb and desk personnel were helpful. Will stay here again if in the area.

Can not add anything about the good of this park. The desk person was cheerful and extremely helpful. We stayed here during a storm for 4 days. Could not ask more from a RV park to help or assist during this storm. The park was clean and the spaces were quite large. A past post indicated that the pool appeared "murky". During our visit the pool never looked "murky" and there were some children playing in the pool when it was not raining. Yes, you can hear the highway noise from the park, but I do not hold that as a negative against the park. This park is an easy on and off the interstate. I definitely would stay here again, when passing through the area.

Can not dispute the "RAMP". We unhooked as suggested and no problem. These are the widest space we have been on this trip. Normally RV Parks would but in 2 more spaces between the rigs as this is laid out. Almost have to yell at your neighbors to communicate. Most spaces have a deck, table and fire ring. Bathroom was clean and water was hot. If they would put in sewer at each spot, I would give this place a 10. Speed limit inside the park is 15 MPH.... was warned not to exceed that, will get a ticket if U get over 20 MPH. Some spaces are not good for Sat TV. Will stay here again if in the area.

Stayed here as part of a caravan. It is within walking distance of Graceland and shopping for Elvis things. Park was quiet even for a weekend and some kids. Pool was still open and being used. I noticed on the main review page that "Cable TV" was checked. I do not believe they have cable TV in the park. At least none of our neighbors had "Cable". I would stay here again if in the area.

We are staying here as part of a caravan, so the price is unknown to us. This is a KOA Campground,so it is pretty standard setup. Everything worked as they should. On a very positive note... They have the best Internet of any campground I have stayed at. But remember it is not "SECURED", so keep that in mind. We have a pull through spot and it was more than big enough for a 40' and tow vehicle. There is some highway noise and train noise, but no horn from the train, you can hear it as it passes. They hand out a flyer with info on shopping, fuel and activities in or near this campground... I would stay here again if in the area.

I'm not sure what some people expect as I liked this location. Close to town and all activities you would want. I have air bags for leveling and they got me level. I was in the center section and was able to get Sat TV. I'm sure if you were under the trees you would not get any Sat TV. WiFi was not as good as I would like, but I was able to get on and look at some things. As I checked, Bathrooms was clean and the hot water was hot. I would stay here again.

We were parked in the "Transit" area of the park. It was a back-in site, as most in this area. This RV park has a majority of permanent type RV/5th wheels/Park Models. This area is close to boating/fishing and other similar type activities. We are following the Mississippi River "Road". There was a train track next to the park and trains do run all day long. If you can put up with a little discomfort, this park would be fine for a couple of days. Lots of shade trees and no SAT available in the "Transit" area.

Stayed here for 2 nites prior to starting a caravan. Location is easy to get into. I had a pull thru spot. Sort of level, but I could not get the coach to level via my air bags. It took all of my 25' water hose to connect, most of my 35' elect to connect and 25' of sewer hose to connect. Others did not have that distance, but space #4 did. There are a few full timers, but their spaces were clean and not cluttered. My pull thru spot would allow the vehicle to remain hooked up. Next year they will require a deposit for a cable box for TV. For me, too many trees for my Sat on the roof. I would stay here again.

Just stayed one night. Nice level cement pads. Elect./water and sewer close. All worked as they should. No large trees to block Sat TV on roof. Adjacent to a Indian Casino. Van will pick you up on the hour from the RV area. We tried the buffet and regular menu. Decent food and the price was right. Casino allows smoking at the slot machines, so you can smell it upon entering the casino. Will stay here again when in the area.

Stayed here one week. Probably one of the most friendliest park host I have meet on this road trip. She meets you as you pulled in and comes to your coach after you set up for you to pay. They only take cash/check for your stay. Very helpful for directions and activities in the area. Park was always clean and tidy. This park is close to all activities in the area. Would give it a 10 when they put in shower and bathroom for the guests even if it is a unisex. Everything works as it should. Would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed one night. Easy to get to and easy to get back to the freeway. We had a cement spot and I did notice several dirt areas for some. I think most choose the dirt area for price and/or showed up without a reservation and took what they could being a holiday weekend. Check in person was pleasant and helpful. Bathroom and laundry area were clean and had no problem using these areas. Would stay here again.

Was here for a special Mother's day weekend special. Stayed Fri to Monday. This RV park is on Route 66 between Seligman and Kingman AZ. If you want to go somewhere and just unwind, this is the place. It's very quiet at night and not much to do but sit back and relax. All the restrooms worked and the showers were clean and big, with plenty of hot water. No problem with the 50 Amp or the water at our site. I will agree with the previous writer that some of the sites were not level and it took some maneuvering to get the MH is a position for being level. There are new owners and they are trying to get things in order, so as to get more MH's off the 40 freeway. This area is in the high desert and is as good as it gets for the area.

Stayed here over the 4th. Park is very quiet and secluded. Saw deer, antelope and a variety of smaller animals. Bath and showers were large and clean. The internet was more than adequate while here. The have a fishing lake and lots of trails to wander about the property. We would stay here again. Only open between May and Oct.

Interior roads were dirt. Stayed here in a 40' rig. Sites were level, but it was on rocks. Each site did not have a table, but it had a fire pit at each site. No problems with the utilities at the site. This is a destination location, not a over night location. Bathrooms were clean, but needed some maintenance. Small children's area. Restaurant at location. This RV park location is used for people fishing, hiking and quads to explore Bryce Canyon Area. There is Internet, but @ $8 per day (we did not pay). There is cell service, but you have to go find it. Recommended travel there is via Hwy 20 to the city of Panguitch, not out of Cedar City to the location. They have a no refund policy.

This is a very nice park. It was clean and the sites were level. You do park on dirt and rock, but for the most part, it was enjoyable. The internet was good as you would expect for an RV park. Lost connection a few times, but that is expected. The showers and bathrooms were clean. Now the con: we were here on a special weekend so the RV park was crowded with motorcoach people and people with tents. You do not want to be assigned (as we were) in space 33 or anything close to that number. Since the road in front of space 33 is dirt and rock, all we saw was dust constantly, kicked up by vehicles going in and out of this area. We could not move because the park was full. Just a warning; other than that I would stay in this park again. We had plenty of room.
