Date of Stay:

We stayed four days which were 3 days too long. Campground is in very much need to get their interior dirt (sand) roads up to par. There were a lot of ruts which caused the motorhome to really rock back and forth while driving on the bad roads. Don't think we will return.

The lady owner who checked us in was very nice. Check in was very fast and she showed us to our long long site since we are 60' total. Nothing glamorous but served our purposes for the week stay in the area. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay again if in area.

Check in was a breeze and the workampers were very friendly. Horse Motel had about 10 horses and we went and visited with them and fed them carrots. The owners were also very nice. Wi fi was very good. The campsite that we were on was not as wide as we had hoped for but it depends on which site you are in. Had some mail to mail, but they do not do that.

New owners so the place has really been cleaned up. Check in process was a breeze and the manager and maintenance guy were great. They have a BBQ truck on site (plans for putting in a restaurant), which the food was very good and reasonable priced. Good enough for a night stop. Best wi-fi that we have encountered this trip. We will definitely go back if in the area.

Wanted to only stay for 2 weeks but paying for a month was cheaper than paying for the weekly rate twice. Campground is big and lots of campers everywhere. Many full time residents (workers). No cable. WiFi only if you pay for it from your site. Hard to get on the internet because it depended on what was the time of day. Free WiFi in activity center. Hookups are at end of site so you have to use more sewer hose. Probably will not return.

There are mostly full time campers here as it is in a work area. All sites however, are in excellent condition and no garbage laying around. The owners are very nice people as is the office lady. We were able to stay in a site that allowed us to leave our tow trailer hooked up. Nice views and quiet. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This is an Escapee campground that is the headquarters for the Escapee club and also has a Care Center that helps members with their health problems. It is a nice park with lots of streets to walk on. The only problem is that NO ONE adheres to the speed limit and drive very fast throughout the park.

We have always stayed here on our way through this area. Nice campground and good food at the morning continental breakfast. Laundry and all facilities very clean.

Date of Stay:

We renewed our KOA membership and wished we didn't as we normally don't stay at KOA's, but it was the only thing in the immediate area. Everyone was very nice. Wifi and cable strong.

Had a nice pull thru as we are a total 60' long. Checked in over the phone as the office was closed, but office opened next morning to pay before departing. This is our 4th time staying here and will do again if in area.

The campground was very nice and the people checking us in was very helpful. Laundry room was very clean as well as the washers and dryers. We would definitely stay again when in the area. We stayed two nights so it was a nice relaxing time.

This is the one of the worst campgrounds that we have stayed at in the 15 years we have been full timers. There are FEMA trailers all over and trash by a lot of the live-in's. The sites are very unlevel and you can barely fit into the sites.

We have always stayed here even before it became a KOA. Wide streets, mostly all pull-throughs, and easy to get in and out of site and campground. They have 2 pools, exercise room, 2 laundries, restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and good food. Fruit trees throughout the whole park.

We always stay here on our way through Deming, but this time the Wifi did not work at all. They should put more antennas throughout the park. Sites are level. Cable worked fine. We have friends in the area so we will stay again.

The only downplay of the campground is that I-10 is on one side and train tracks on the other but all in all, everything was just fine. The traffic and train noise died down at night. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
