Big Sky Camp and RV Park, Miles City, Montana

This is an excellent campground that is owned by people who care. EVERYTHING was clean and neat. Wifi and Cable strong and was free. All sites were pull throughs and was long. We would definitely return if in the area again. We camped at Big Sky Camp and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rose Garden RV Park, Basin, Wyoming

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

We have friends in Basin and knew about this park from previous visits. The owner and manager are great people. We have been here for one month and staying until after Labor Day. Monthly rate is $400(includes electric and WiFi). Not sure what the rate is if you come in from the road for a night or two. Only has one 50 amp site. Quiet even though you are on the main road through town. We camped at Rose Garden RV Park in a Motorhome.

Have stayed here before. Very good and wide pull throughs. Wifi worked great but no cable. We only had one station with the antenna, which was fine. Check in process went smooth. We camped here in a Motorhome. We camped at Meteor Crater RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sites are adequate as they are all pull throughs and can accommodate any size RV. Price was Billboard price but the check-in person did take our GS card to record the number. We camped at Sky City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

Stopped for two nights as we had a blow-out on our car hauler and we ended up getting four new tires from Camping World next door. The campground is nice and has sharing of pedestal but sites were not tight. We would stay again if in area. We camped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post in a Motorhome.

USA RV Park, Gallup, New Mexico

Overall Rating:

We stayed four nights to explore the area. Campground is very clean but the sites are very tight. You have to share the pedestals and you park very close to them. All in all, an okay spot to spend a few days. We camped at USA RV Park in a Motorhome.

Deer Run RV Park, Troy, Alabama

Have always stayed here on our way through Alabama. Nice park, spa on property (hair cuts, nails, massages, etc). Staff wonderful. Sites are great for any size of rig. Pool was nice and warm. All sites have concrete that you park on and have picnic tables. Cable and wi-fi work great. Only problem was the ants. We camped at Deer Run RV Park in a Motorhome.

Pine Lake RV Park, Fountain, Florida

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here three days which was three days to many. The park advertises Satellite TV but you have to have a box from them and only they only have enough boxes for their full time residents. They also advertise Wifi but told us that it would not be working until August 1. Was told by another camper that they were told it would be working July 1. We have an infestation of ants that we picked up there and in all of our years (15 full time) we have never had ants this bad. Can't seem to get rid of them at all. Everything about this campground is not nice. Won't be back. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Kamp Komfort RV Park & Campground, Carlock, Illinois

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Have stayed here in the past because of being along I-74 in Illinois, and this is the only campground in the area. The negative things for this park are No Cable; Highway Noise from I-74; and Train Tracks. Other than that, the park is very clean and all pull through sites are long. Person checking us in was very nice and escorted us to the site. We camped here in a motorhome. We camped at Kamp Komfort RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Lake Shore RV Resort, Oelwein, Iowa

Date of Stay: April, 2015 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

New owner as of 2015. Place was very clean and orderly. We needed a pull through because of towing a car-hauler and they were accommodating. Was only a few pull throughs. This is a seasonal park and there were a lot of units already there for the season. Don't know for sure but they may not get a lot of off the road traffic because of their location. Clean laundry. Wi fi fine with no cable. The only down side is the owner rides around on her golf cart and her dog runs all over. There is a rule that says all dogs on leashes. I think if you have this rule for your campers, then you should adhere by it also. We camped here in a motorhome. We camped at Lake Shore RV Resort in a Motorhome.
