We enjoy camping here. The village is nice. Good hiking trails, plus the Gus Grissom memorial. You should be careful; there are some bad campsites so pay attention to the description when making reservations.

This is a great camping spot. It has excellent hiking and canoeing, or tubing on scenic Sugar creek. There are two covered bridges one at each end of the park, also has a suspension bridge crossing over the creek. The campground has a good mixture of shady and sunny sites. Campground does sell out on summer weekends.

We enjoy this campground go often since it is close to home. Good activities on the weekends, nice hiking trails. Located just off the highway so good for commuters, you do get some noise from the highway but not too bad.

Friendly staff, Wi-Fi was a little weak. A great family campground close to Mammoth Cave, lots of activities in the summer months.
