Creekwood Resort Campground & Cabins, Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here for 3 night for Memorial Day. Very nice campground. We were on site 15 it was a little small but worked out fine because we were there with friends who had site 16 and they had more room in the back. When we camp here again we would like a sites 9-12 more room. The owner could not have been nicer. We enjoyed an afternoon of skeet shooting at the campground which was fun. The bathhouse is clean but just a little out dated like another reviewer said. And although there were a few kids there not many, if you have kids there is not really anything for them to do. No play ground or what not but our 6 year old still had a blast riding his bike and what not. He was not ready to come home. We plan on camping here again. We camped at Creekwood Resort Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.

Laura S. Walker State Park, Waycross, Georgia

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This was our last stop for Spring Break 2012! And I must say we saved the best for last. We loved it here. The sites were very roomy. They have two bath houses, One is new and very nice and the older one was just fine. In fact that is the one we used because it was right by us. We enjoyed riding our bikes here. There is a lot to see and do close by. We wished this park was closer to home so we could camp here again. We camped at Laura S. Walker State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Steven C. Foster State Park, Fargo, Georgia

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here the 1st week of April for spring break. The bugs where pretty bad but we had a great time. Its a nice place to camp but There is nothing around to do out side of the park. Once you explore the swap and take a bike ride and hike that's it pretty much. I would say everyone needs to go at least once for the experience but only stay 2 or 3 days tops. Note rate reflects the "Friends Pass". We camped at Steven C. Foster State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Indian Springs State Park, Flovilla, Georgia

Date of Stay: March, 2012 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This CG was the first stop on our Georgia State park spring break. We enjoyed camping here and would like to go back when all the little shops in town open. We were a week to early. Our son enjoyed playing in creek, so did most everyone else. It seem to be the local cool off spot. We also enjoy playing mini golf at the park as well as bike riding. We camped at Indian Springs State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Victoria Bryant State Park, Royston, Georgia

Date of Stay: February, 2012 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We camp here at least once each year. We enjoyed this trip very much. We have seen deer every morning out the camper door. It is so nice and quite. The sites are big and pretty level for the most part. The bath house is clean. The rangers are nice and helpful. We are going back in June and we will check out the pool then. We camped at Victoria Bryant State Park in a Travel Trailer.
