The stay was very pleasant, the campground sites are showing its age, the sites are old and very little if any grass is on most sites. Rainwater does not quickly dissipate. Older trees are needing some pruning and newer ones need to be planted in non shady areas. Golf cart rules not enforced, and the DJ is extremely loud. New bathrooms are very nice but still need to work on the others not updated. Starting to get expensive.

Large spacious wide sites. No fire rings available, except on the premium sites. No cable TV except on premium sites. Many sites were in some shallow depressions allowing for some large deep puddles on sites. The biggest disappointment was the golf carts, way too many of them going way over the speed limit, almost all under aged to drive them and many drivers were drinking too. No enforcement of golf cart rules, I would give it a 9 if not for this big problem.. Lots of kids activities and beautiful pools, close shopping and clean if outdated bathrooms. The best campground in the area.

Very clean, neat and organized campground. Clean spacious pool, good store, knowledgeable staff. Fantastic views from the terrace sites, spacious sites, with good privacy. Owners need to prune some trees over roads as we hit several branches exiting. One of our favorites, kids love it.

Interior access roads were in poor shape, rough and potholed. Most sites were not level and sloped side to side. A lot of seasonal sites the weekend we camped, which made a lot of noise with loud gas carts, unleashed dogs, and fireworks. Security patrols were non-existent. It was kids weekend, but very few activities were scheduled. Pond was full of algae, and pool was closed all weekend. The ratings on this campground in Woodalls is overated.
