Stayed for two days while we visited St. Augustine. There were a fair number of seasonals in the section we stayed in. Sites are a little tight for our 45' motorhome - but managed. No frills campground. Staff were very nice and overall the campground was is good shape. As mentioned in other reviews, satellite access is limited due to the trees. However, I see that they have been thinning them out. If satellite is important, be sure to tell them at time of reservation so they can accommodate. May return. However, would like to check out other campgrounds in the area also.

Wonderful State park. Sites are level and well spaced. Roads were easy to navigate. Pleasant helpful staff. Stayed for a week. Will return.

Overnight stop en route to Florida. Great choice. Friendly owners, clean, quiet campground with level spacious pull through sites. Easy access to interstate. Will definitely return.

One of the nicer KOA's that we have stayed at. Friendly staff and a really nice, clean wooded park with adjacent lake. Great for walks with our dogs. Had a pull through site for our 45' motorhome. Site spacing is typical of many KOA's, a little tight but not to the extent of being uncomfortable. Close to I-95. Satellite access was good. However, I can see where it could be a problem with many of the other sites due to trees. Will return here again when in the area to visit Savannah.

Excellent overnight stop for us in route from Wisconsin to Florida. Stayed here twice - on the way down and return trip two weeks later. Clean well organized campground with a very friendly owner. Strong wifi, level pull through sites and minimal road/train noise. Will definitely use again in the future.

Campground was clean and the staff courteous. Roughly 10 min from downtown Grand Rapids. I would estimate that 85%+ of the sites are seasonal. We stayed for 3 nights in the premium site area. The sites (all sections) are very close together and fortunately our site was on the curve of the road so we could back our 45' motorhome with little trouble. However, if we had one of the other sites it would of been very difficult if not impossible without having to get adjacent vehicles across the street moved out of the way to make the swing. The roads are narrow but can be navigated without too much trouble. The site was fairly level. We will be returning to area. However, will explore some of the other campgrounds to find more room between the sites.

One of the best KOA's that we have stayed in. Spotless and great staff. Some road noise but tolerable. Strong Verizon - 4 bars. Had a premium pull through site 2-3 rows in. Easy access to interstate. Will definitely return when in area again

Date of Stay:

The park is excellent - staff, cleanliness, site sizes and location to the monuments. Our site (#278) was in the line camp with full hook ups and 50 Amp. The island also offers great sites. Combination of either 50 or 30 amp. Verizon signal strong - 4 bars. Checked out other nearby parks. No comparison. Will return again.

Date of Stay:

This place is perfect for an overnight stop with a pull through site and full hook ups. The campground is fairly new and most sites are gravel with few to no trees. The staff was very helpful. There is easy on/off the interstate. We will stay here in again for an overnight stop.

Date of Stay:

Located close to the interstate exit. The staff was wonderful. Had a long pull through site with full hook ups. All the roads and sites were gravel which was a little dusty due to the lack of rain. Anyway, for an overnight stay this campground fits the bill. Will use again.

Dayton KOA

Date of Stay:

A very nice KOA and extremely well kept with paved roads. This was an overnight stay for us in a pull through site with full hook ups. A little tight maneuvering around trees in with our 45' RV with tow vehicle attached. Will stop again when in the area.

Stayed for 3 nights. Had a pull through site with full hook ups which worked well for our 45' motorhome. The on site owners are great and have a passion for customer service, cleanliness and organization. Approximately two thirds of the sites are seasonal with the remaining overnight. Everyone was very friendly and the entire campground was quiet and peaceful. Wooded campsites limit satellite use. However, they had the best cable TV connection and channel selection that we have ever experienced at a campground. Almost as good as if we had a satellite connection. Well stocked fairly priced camp store. Will return in the future.

Stayed over a busy (sold out) weather perfect July 4th. Campground is located within a few miles of the Wisconsin Dells attractions. We have a 45' motorhome and stayed in a premium pull through site with patio. Other than the sites being close together, as mentioned in other reviews, the campground is well run and kept in excellent condition. Can't say enough about the courteous staff and their attention to every detail from escorting us to our site when we arrived to general follow up's during our stay see if we needed anything. While there, we did tour several of the other campgrounds in the area and without question felt we made the right choice. Will return again when in area.

One word best describes Hearthside Grove: Awesome. However, this comes at a cost. We paid $95/night for a water view site with no regrets. Standard sites are available for $85/night. The landscaping is perfect - not a weed in the grass or a tree or shrub out of place. The staff was very professional and courteous. Every one we saw was extremely friendly. If you want a real resort experience - then this is it. Check out the Web site - what you see is exactly what you will experience.

Have a 45' RV and stayed at Buffalo Ridge. The initial site we reserved had low hanging branches. Fortunately they were able to relocate us to another site. Many of the 45'+ sites definitely have his condition. You may want to look at site before driving to. Buffalo Ridge is the best option for a taller rig. I would suggest sites 18, 19, 24 and 42. Anyway, the campground is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff was excellent. A drive into downtown Nashville to shop is well worth the time. Plan on returning again.
