The Great Outdoors RV Nature & Golf Resort, Titusville, Florida

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful, clean and helpful staff. Lots of wildlife-everywhere. 2 nice pools. This is not a campground for children-no playgrounds or activities for them. But for adults, it's heaven. The only problem I had was low water volume/pressure in the shower. Not a problem unless you have a lot of hair to rinse shampoo from. Would love to go back. We camped at The Great Outdoors RV Nature & Golf Resort in a Motorhome.

Sunset Point RV Trailer Park, Lubec, Maine

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

The office staff were helpful. The view, especially at sunset, was beautiful. We were right on the bay. Very nice grassy area around site- no need to put out a rug or mat. Campground is very small, but plenty of space between sites. No frills but the cleanliness and view make up for it. If it had sewer hook-ups, it would have been perfect. Only 7 minutes from Quoddy Head SP, and 1/2 hour ride to the puffin boat trip in Cutler. If I ever went back to that area, I'd absolutely stay at this campground again. We camped at Sunset Point RV Trailer Park in a Motorhome.

JP Coleman State Park, Iuka, Mississippi

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This is a lovely campground. Our site was a "pull through" but basically we were just parked on the side of the road. Didn't matter. If I'd known what the campground was like, I'd have reserved a better spot much sooner. Some of the spots are very uneven. Our picnic table was in the woods which was nice. There is a lot to do here - fishing, boating, nice for bike riding, great birding. I'd come back here again. We camped at JP Coleman State Park in a Motorhome.

Hot Springs National Park KOA, Hot Springs, Arkansas

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful campground with lots of trees, flowers and a little pond. We pulled in late; after they had closed. Basically we were only there to sleep and then left for the NP in the morning. I would go back there again. We camped at Hot Springs National Park KOA in a Motorhome.

Albuquerque North / Bernalillo KOA, Bernalillo, New Mexico

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Nice, pretty, clean grounds. Friendly office staff. Went for the "free" breakfast pancakes and decided instead to try the $6 breakfast burrito which was excellent. Nice little doggie park so the dogs can run. I would stay here again. We camped at Albuquerque North / Bernalillo KOA in a Motorhome.

Dakota Ridge RV Park, Golden, Colorado

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

We were there visiting our son at school in Lakewood. There are very few campgrounds in the area to choose from, but Dakota Ridge was lovely. Pretty central to Denver and the western mountains for climbing and hiking. Grounds were pretty and clean. Nice hot tub after a day skiing. Office staff friendly. Planning on staying here again next year. We camped at Dakota Ridge RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nashville KOA, Nashville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: April, 2012 - $58.00
Overall Rating:

Nothing special for the high price, but I do understand it's a major tourist area. I liked the cheap shuttle that went to the Oprey or downtown. Office staff very nice. Grounds kind of sloppy around the RV. Had a lot of rain at night which made a horrible muddy mess all around the RV. If I ever went back to Nashville, I would try a different campground. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Motorhome.

Very close and convenient to Arches NP, my main reason for choosing this campground. RV sites were very tight, but we managed without any problems. Office staff very friendly. Would stay here again. We camped at Riverside Oasis Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.
