Scenic Mountain RV Park & Campground, Milledgeville, Georgia

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Very hilly, with a great view. Well taken care of. Facilities, ie...showers, pool, lawns manicured and well taken care of. Wifi was great early in the day for my husband, but a scarce signal in the late afternoon. Very friendly owner and campground. Rated at 9.5 and true. Great place, would come here again. We camped at Scenic Mountain RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

The Great Outdoors RV Resort, Franklin, North Carolina

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed for 2.5 weeks. Great park. Awesome owners. Everything was perfect for me except that the bathrooms and laundry facilities were not air-conditioned. In July I like air-conditioning. I know it is cooler than other places, but air-conditioning is in my big book of needs. We camped at The Great Outdoors RV Resort in a Motorhome.

River Park RV Park, Valdosta, Georgia

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park with paved pull-through lots in front. Lots were very narrow, and almost all of them were very sloped. The first lot we were assigned was 30 amp and we had to wrap our 32 ft motorhome around a tree. Luckily the manager had another lot with 50 amp service. I was very disappointed in the updated bathroom. The showers and such were clean, but there was no air conditioner, therefore even with the fans, it was too hot. The dog park was more for small dogs but nice. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

Gravel and dirt roads throughout park with potholes for rain water. Sites are separated nicely with plant or grass. Nice dog run outside of park area. Very large campground so everything is a walk. Nice store, restaurant, pool on premises. Nice overlook of waterway. Park is in industrial boating area. We camped at Pontchartrain Landing in a Motorhome.

New Orleans has plenty of interests. The shuttle leaves the park at 10 am, 3:45 pm and 7:45 pm. It picks up in French Quarter at 4 pm and 8 pm. If you miss it you must use a taxi or uber.

Ajax Country Livin' RV Park at I-49, Marthaville, Louisiana

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here overnight. Very peaceful campground. The owners live on the premises and take care of it and their campers. The owner even brought us some plums from her trees here. Special nice place with country kind atmosphere. Nice lake view. No cable TV, but the antenna was more than sufficient picking up around 20 channels. We camped at Ajax Country Livin' RV Park at I-49 in a Motorhome.

USA RV Park, Gallup, New Mexico

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Paved and gravel park with pull-through sites. They have a nice store, pool and friendly staff. Next to airport and train rails, but noise was minimal, even with windows open at night. They offer a nice BBQ dinner for guests for a minimal fee from 530 pm till 8pm. Wonderful. Would stay here again and plan to, so we can do the Xtreme-Lee Balloon Ride which is supposed to be spectacular. We camped at USA RV Park in a Motorhome.

Page Lake Powell Campground, Page, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park of gravel sites. We had full hook-up with cable. Site was roomy enough. Internet in Page is slow and does not operate during peak usage. The gym is real nice. The indoor pool and hot tub well maintained. Overall a great place to stay for the money. We camped at Page Lake Powell Campground in a Motorhome.

The Canyon Motel & RV Park, Williams, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Came here to visit Grand Canyon. Nice park in the mountain area. Friendly staff. Sites are gravel and if you use Passport America you cannot have a pull-through site. Our site was fine. They have Direct TV so cable was poor. The wifi did not work, but the lady that checked us in said it was spotty today. Bearizona is right down the road from this park. We camped at The Canyon Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Campbell Cove RV Resort, Lake Havasu City, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park. Hard to enter due to double entrance issues. One entrance is false and the other is through the gas station. Take the gas station entrance. Dog park is for little dogs and nice, mine is a lab, so not good for us. View was nice. Regular residents on the far side of park and transient visitors on the south side. Overall had a great stay here. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Pool and hot tub were awesome and very clean. We camped at Campbell Cove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Good stay. Easy pull-through with full hook up. WiFi was adequate and cable great. Dog run was divided which was nice, so it could accommodate 2 dogs. They put dog people separate from those without. By The River RV Park & Campground, Kerrville, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

Really nice park with the river view and peace. Wished I could stay just to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of this river area. We were here for an overnight stay and it was a great one. Lots of areas to take your dog walking or even swimming in the lake. Loved the birds and the river. Did not use facilities since they were at the clubhouse too far from our site. Nice clean pool by appearance and the clubhouse was beautiful. We camped at By The River RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.
