This park has way to many permanent residents that do not keep their property clean and neat. Very old trailers in poor repair. The grounds are not mowed. We had to ask for our area to be mowed, they did not weed eat in between sites, weeds up to my knees. Sites not level out front wheels were off the ground. Location is great, in between Estes Park and Loveland. The only reason we stayed here was it was close to our family otherwise would never stay here.

Nice park, office was very helpful with place to go and thing to see in the area. It is nestled in the pine trees so stays cool in the middle of the day. Wi-Fi was good, no cell service here except at the office. They have coffee and sweets on Saturday morning and campfire, music and hot dogs, smores on Saturday night.

One of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed at. It is located right in the middle of all the beautiful redwoods. Site were wide; no close neighbor here. Not very full when we were there but that is OK. It is quiet and peaceful. The office is great, very helpful with things to see in the area. No cell phone e service; have to go to the office to get service.

Nice level sites, with plenty of room in between. The restaurant here is great. We stayed here for a week, I would definitely come back. Camping World is done the road. The only negative is the Wi-Fi is very bad. We had not signal the whole time we were there.

This is a great park, we stayed here for 2 weeks. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. Clean restrooms and laundry. The only reason I did not give them a 10 is that the Wi-Fi is really bad.
