Wonderfully friendly. LARGE sites, lots of shade. Close to WalMart (It's behind WalMart) Daily/Weekly/Monthly rates. Paved: $20 day/100 weekly/400 monthly , Gravel: $18/90 weekly/ 360 monthly. (Electric included). The Google info takes you to the wrong address. Look for WalMart and you can't miss it.

The only reason I did not give it a 10 is because of the location. Wish it was a little closer to Carlsbad Caverns NP because you must be there by 5pm (or call ahead) in order to be parked in a site. Otherwise you are directed to the boon dock area. Boon Dock area has water available. They do not park you into a site after dark. Extremely friendly. Everyone went out of their way to include us in the activities at the club house. 5 clean washers and 6 dryers. Just sign up on the list. Very reasonable. $1.50/washer (45 minutes) $.50/dryer (36 minutes). Put a light under your rig at night to keep away the pack rats. You heard me. It's a real problem there. Water system has excellent water.

It is just an over night spot. Traffic noise on I20 can be heard. Each site is clean and tidy. Rules state "Sewer hose must be fastened tightly using a threaded connector, a rigid elbow or a donut!" These were for sale in the office. Pool had water in it. Club house was locked at 5pm even though the sign said it was open until 10pm. Hubby said the handle on the men's toilet was broken and water was just running. Clean but has need for good building maintenance. What it does have is location. Close to I20. 2 miles west of Cracker Barrel. Gas station on the corner has low prices. The campground brochure given to us at check in had a Johnny's Pizza ad on it. Worse than frozen. The best I can say is it was delivered in 20 minutes and it was hot.
