We really like this county park second time we been here in three months. Planning to winter here 2016. The only knock is the Verizon web signal and the WiFi. We plan on getting a booster for this problem when we return. It looks over Baffin Bay with a pier. Very friendly people snow birds. Most of the park has concrete site pads our area didn't but there is better views of baffin bay from here. It's the newer end of the park.

People where very friendly. We liked the park. It is geared for park mobile homes so sites are harder to back into but not that bad. Plenty of activities in the park thing you can do almost every day in the park. I've never seen anything excellence so I didn't rate that high but it's a good park and we'd be back.

Use to be a KOA but no longer is even tho the sign is still up. Was parked among a bunch of mobile homes even though they had other sites we could have fit into better. I called in advance to asked for a site. Owners are nice people. Laundromat is a rip off far as the wife's experience. Dryers cost about $3.oo a load, wash machines $1.50 and stole .25 like a slot machine. Every 5 minutes it wanted a quarter. Park is run down. All the family lives there and there they make the most noise. Every one of the people start leaving at 6am and it's like a race track. Our camper was right on the road. I mean right on the road. I was so close to trailer next to me I had to crawl under it to attached water.

Very noisy park. It's a gravel parking lot. One night was enough. Easy in easy out was the good thing about it and close to fueling station. Our site C14 can't believe it's an actual site, no table nothing. Has Laundromat, very clean looking, $1.50 a load. And a large swimming pool. New owners just took over the day we arrived. This was once a KOA.

Great value they should raise the price. A month is $300! PPA $10 a night. Not a big park but a great little park. Great electric. I like the park. Park was a great value. We'd stay again in a minute.

Really like this park great view of Torch Lake great price. The grounds keeper Joe was a very helpful person. Before you get here make sure the City guy put you down even if you have a reservation. We had one two weeks in advance he had us scheduled in site 16 where a full time person was parked at. This might not happen to you but make sure.

No not big rig friendly, but the owners real friendly. Pretty shady little park on a pretty lake. I was worried that the electrical wire was exposed; it was not in conduit. Was told they had 30 amp. Never did find it, just 110. To cover the electrical switch it had a plastic Folgers coffee can you just lift it up. If it wasn't so late when we arrived I'd have left. Really pretty lake camp ground was updated with level sites. It's a pretty park. Their website says I should get the winter rate but they said no.

Wow $39 bucks for electric and water was hard for me to believe. They don't even have a sewer hook up, cable or WiFi. It has easy access to I-39 and also that is all you can hear here. But I need a place to sleep over for one night and this area north is void of good RV parks. The lady working in the store is very nice park seems well keep. The back part a long Wisconsin River is for people staying here full time if your passing thru you get to look a I-39. It is on the Wisconsin River. Has lots of stuff you can rent daily. Read all the rules. If we was passing this way again and needed a place to stop for a night it easy to get here. Just don't pay attention to your GPS after getting off interstate.

We like the park first time here and we will be back. It's a city park located on the river, not well planned out, but I bet it's been here a few years. It's really neat to see Canada across the way. Site 33 not on the water but dining room slide faced the water. We could see the boats go by. If you like watching the boats, go to marine traffic and you can see when the ships are coming. Also watch up to 90,000 ships world wide.

First day we where there we had an air show for the park. 6 Vintage WWII air planes circled CG for over 30 minutes they left then came back circled even more. They had smoke streaming out. Was really amazing so this was an added plus. Don't know why they did this but it was great. Also had a GMC motor home rally, really neat. Park had really nice spaces. When I called lady said they where 60 by 40, no way in the world where they that big. If our 38-foot 5th parked where they dug out we'd have been in the road, so we backed up onto the grass. They never said any thing. Real friendly host. Swimming pools where nice size, also nice play area for the kids also. Dog friendly park.

Nice park what a jewel and the family who run it are great people very friendly. We were blessed finding this CG. Our rally was being held at another campground and they started having electrical problems so one of our group did a search on this site and called to see if they had opening for our rally of 15 5th wheels. Great big lots big rig accessible. The cost is $20 a night Passport America discount $10 a night for the whole week. Every one liked it so much we reserved spots for next year.

We where in the parking lot which was okay we where here to see the historical sites. Our space D-14 was level. If I come back I'd park here again. Yes the sewer was way back there but I bought extra hose after being in some gov parks that need more hose. So that wasn't a problem with that. I don't know if they have rules about dog but for three days some one had there dog on a chain outside BARKING and camp guy would just drive his golf cart. Now the camp guy was very helpful on how to get to place down town and where to park very helpful. If you like walking going thru and around the fair is nice. Also lot of free stuff going on they had a 4h horse riding competition jumping, doing figure riding, costume and other things. Also had farmers market with a band, vegetables and wine tasting.

I did look into showers and toilets to see what they looked like at least the one closest to us and they where clean. We stayed in F17 it wasn't level; the majority of sites aren't, but the pull-throughs seemed to be and the ones close to the creek. Lot of shade trees except in the "F" area we where in this areas no sites level. We have Sprint and Verizon neither had bars to get out except by text. This place is in a nice little valley. Not much noise and at night no security lights and that was a great thing. No cable and the wifi didn't work ever and no trash pick up. Did see Hannibal police drive thru. Sunday was maybe 5 other rver's in park raining and electric started going out about 5 times. Of course I called lady seemed upset that I did. Then around 12 noon water went off wife was doing laundry no water so I called and asked lady hung up on me. Promise I was just reporting it to her all the times I called twice and was nice. I would stay here again very peaceful, but I need a good signals or a good wifi for my business. I'm coming back to Hannibal it's a great little town lots of history.

It is a nice little park nothing fancy no tables. Is owned by the city so is patrolled. First 2 nights are free after that $10.00 a night. No discounts. But we'd come again great little town.

Old park on the river. Sites are back-in spots, and they are not at an angle. Lot of RVs in storage. Was amazed that so many people outside in this park cooking out and fires like camping should be. Very friendly place nice place to stop for a couple of days. We were on the water but was angle wrong and couldn't see river very good.
