This was a decent park no bells and whistles but nice to stay in for a few nights if you are passing through. Manager is a very nice man who loves kids. I would stay here again. No bathrooms and no laundry room. But there are 7 or more laundromats within 5 miles.

We stayed here for a month. You pay your own electric plus they charged us $30 extra for our toddler! The people in the office are not friendly and act like you are bothering them when you go in there. Very clean park. Very Quiet. Big sites. Clean pool. Nice grocery store and shopping center within a 2 minute drive. Although the smell of cows take over the park at night fall. If they would change their attitudes in the office I would have rated it a lot higher!

The lady who runs the park is very rude and needs to work on her people skills. Very nice view of the fireworks from Disneyland EVERY night. You will get charged for any extra vehicle or people that are at your site for more than a few hrs. Small spaces nothing over 30 feet was available. If you are more that 5 minutes late on your rent you pay a penalty. Not a very well lit park. The noise from the traffic was horrible sirens all night long.

Nice park RIGHT on the ocean! Beautiful sunset everynight. It is right off the runway of LAX so the airplanes go over non stop. Like the other one said at night you don't even hear them. We atayed for 21 days and wished we could have stayed longer. The manager isn't that people friendly but I would stay there again.

The man who runs the park was one of the worst people that I have ever delt with. Not a friendly man. Told me there are no other parks in the area which was a total lie. The sites are very small. All back in sites. Cats running around. Ants are a major problem in the park. There are a lot of trees in the park that shed a lot of shade but also a lot of seeds and leaves. The only nice thing about the park is Disneyland was with in waling distance.

This campground was loud due to the fact that it was by train track and the I-10, but the manager is very friendly and it is a safe park. I would recommend this park and I would stay there again. Very clean laundry room and they have a full kitchen for everyone to enjoy.

This was one of my favorite parks that we have stayed in. The staff was friendly and the park was very clean and well lit. I liked that it had security guards on duty all the time as well. The park is conveniently located behind a camping world which was a huge benifit for RVers. It had 2 small parks for children located inside the park which was really nice being that we have a 4 yr old child. Well worth the price we paid and would've paid more! Highly recommend that you check this park out!

The nicest park that I have ever stayed at. Beautiful view of the Rocky mountains. Sites are very big. Concrete pads, bbq pads, beautiful flowers, trees, green grass and landscaped. There is a river that runs right through the park. Just a few miles from Breckenridge. Volleyball, Tennis, horseshoes, pool, hot tub and a play park for the kids to play in. Fresh clean air. The laundryroom was clean but for how big the park was it didn't have that many machines. We will stay there again!
