This campground is wonderful. Nice large sites with wonderful areas to bike around. The Education Center is not just for the children we also found it very informative of the marine life out there. There is a camp store that has a good little variety of things, most of the things are not outrageously priced. The Atalaya Castle was neat to walk through everyone enjoyed it. All of the staff there were very kind. The only downfall for this place was the restrooms. They are "old", the showers were filthy fortunately though we did not go to camp in the bath house. A great place for the price. We will definitely be back every year.

Our family had a great time at Lake Myers Campground. All of the (free) pools were open as were the paddle boats ($3 for 30 minutes), water bogan ($2) and the bumper boats ($2). All of the kids had a great time. All sites except the overflow, are very nicely shaded, however the tree's sapped really bad. The restrooms were "functional" but very outdated, they could definitely use an update. The little grill restaurant that you sit outside, was very good, you can get a large cup of coffee for a $1 which was great. We will definitely go back again. Everyone seemed very friendly and I did not experience, see or hear any drunks. Would have given a "10" if the restrooms were better.
