This is a small but very nice RV park. Nice size pull through spaces. It also has a no license - catch & release lake for fishing. The Wi-Fi is outstanding as is the antenna TV service. The park is clean and well kept - right off of I-95. The nightly rate with a Good Sam discount was $23 which for what you get it is a bargain. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Some minor road noise from I-95 but not a problem for us.

Very nice location. Close to the Riverwalk area and the Missions as well as the Alamo. Nice pool and nice laundry facility. We stayed here a week and would stay again.

Stayed 2 nights in a 31' Class C motorhome with 1 slide. Very nice park - well maintained and clean. Wi-Fi was pretty good. Would absolutely return for a longer stay. Nice area and easy access via ferry to New Orleans. WE LOVE IT!

Campground is very well maintained, nice sites - grass, gravel, and cement pads in a good location. Three basic problems: Wi-Fi is FREE, but most of the time it does not work and is sooooooo very slow - might as well not have it. No cable TV and only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. For the rate charged, Wi-fi should work, cable TV should be available, and there needs to be more washers and dryers. Not a good value which is why a rating of 5. Time for some upgrades to services!! Would not stay here again.
