This is our campground of choice when coming to Pigeon Forge. Again, as with last Oct., the weather was not the best for us. But that has nothing to do with campground. We stayed on site 95 this time, as our favorite site was already booked. Nice room at this site, especially behind camper. Its located with bath house directly behind us, and did not seem to smell as clean as it should, but was visually clean. May have been smelling the sewer system a little because of flooding from weather. Speaking of flooding, I have never in my life seen the Little Pigeon River flooded like it was that Tuesday night. Campers on some river sites had to move. Fire pit and area around it will flood with lots of rain. Wi-Fi is getting worse each time we come to this campground. Phone would not stay connected, so didn't even try with laptop. Cable has changed since last stay. Now you must put $50 deposit (returnable) for digital converter box and remote. We didn't and used RV antenna. Again, it was not their choosing, but rather Charter cable company changes. Laundromat machines were going down a lot this time. We still like this campground, but if they don't start to update and maintain better, we may check out other campgrounds in the area. The shower curtains need to be replaced by something that offers more privacy, i.e., solid doors or larger curtains. The showers themselves have good enough room in them, but the curtains don't completely close off opening. Would like to see more offerings in the camp store. They only stock about 5 or 6 things. Love the friendly folks there.

This is our choice when coming to Pigeon Forge area. The staff is very friendly. Our favorite site was originally taken when we first booked, and we put in a request for it if it came available. It did, and they changed it for us! We love the fact that you can pick your site when reserving instead of waiting and hoping to get one when you get there. Bath houses were clean. Wi-Fi is not so great, but will do. I guess my biggest complaint would be the roads. It would be nice if they were re-paved. We will continue to come here when in the area.

This is our 2nd stay here. We also live in Sweetwater. The staff are very nice and will go out of their way to help you. Again, they had all you can eat pancakes and sausage, and hashbrowns this morning, as they do most of summer on Saturday mornings. They have a lot of activities planned, especially for kids. My biggest complaint still, as was last time, is the shower water pressure kinda low for me. I love lots of pressure! But most camp grounds are on the low side. We stayed in site 64 this time. Nice big shade tree with a good sized deck. Probably will request this site next time we stay here. Grounds are kept nice. Staff always checking out things it seems like. Site 64, as was site 60, was perfect level side to side. Had a hayride for the guest tonight. That's cool!

This is our 3rd time staying here. Stayed all week of July 4th. We really like it here. Been rainy for a few weeks and the river was up as much as I've ever seen it. The only complaint that I have at this place is the bath houses are starting to need some remodeling. Wi-Fi was not so good this time, kept getting knocked off line. CG was about 90% full or more. They have put down some gravel on at least some of the middle sites. Would love to see the road re-paved. Grass was a little high, but its been raining a lot and they were trying to mow while we were there. I think bath house cleaning was understaffed this time. I'm getting picky here, but the color of the pool bottom and sides make it look a little dirty. It is a pale blue/greenish color and makes water look like it starting to turn green. Bright blue make pool water look really nice. We will stay here next time we come up. Nothing real fancy, but nice for us.

This is our 2nd time at this campsite, and we really like it. Stayed at site 76. Great site next to big bath house. Weather was not on our side while there. Cold and rainy till the day we pulled out. Anyway, this is our campground of choice when coming to the Pigeon Forge area.

This was our first 'real' trip out in our camper. The size of the park was just right. Not too big, not too small. Great location. Site 83 is where we stayed and it was easy to get in. All hook ups worked, but I think water pressure is a little low. Bathhouse was small and not real clean, but livable for camping. Water pressure in the bathhouse was great. River front sites have alot of traffic including the trolley system till midnight. Pool OK. Lots of shade around it, so water is pretty cool.I will probably come back to this one because I loved the location and size.

Just bought our camper and decided to stay local to try it out. We already know the area since we live here, so on to the CG. We stayed on site #60, water and electric. Only complaint about #60 was that the fire pit very close to exit lane and on un-level ground where you probably couldn't set up camp chairs very comfortably. The site was paved and very easy to level. Restrooms were pretty clean. Showers water pressure a little lower than I like, but OK. Grounds were clean and staff very friendly. Staffed fixed all you can eat pancakes and sausage Saturday morning for $3.50 a plate. Again, I will say this was our first KOA outing and we will stay here again.
