We have stayed in this park for the last 4 years. The park is clean and the utilities are good. The owners and management are great and the Wi-Fi is much improved. The internal roads are newly paved and the sites are gravel. We like this place and will definitely return.

We stayed in this park because of the good ratings and location. The park is clean and orderly. The sites are tight but are OK and is basically a large paved parking lot. We were asked to stay in the back or mobile home part of the park. The site was a back in with a concrete pad, shade and well located utilities. The majority of neighbors were friendly but there is always one rude guy and we found him. The park is old and can have a lot of noise if located in the front. The staff is great. We will look for a different location next time.

This is the 3rd time for us in the park. The place is well kept and orderly. There are a lot of long timers but their sites are well kept. The internal roads and the level sites are concrete. The utilities are 1st class and the sites are spacious. The club house, pool, grass and common areas are great. The laundry is pricey but the best we have ever used. We saw a lot of catch and release fish from the lake. The park is located in a questionable part of town but this is never an issue in the gated and patrolled park. Great place to stay if you have business in the Houston area. We'll be back.

This part of Texas is in drought and the park reflects the lack of rain by dust and very little vegetation. Most of the shade is taken up by long timers. The park is big rig friendly but there are a lot of low branches that need to be trimmed. The internal roads and sites are gravel. The utilities are adequate. This is not a destination park. The staff is accommodating and friendly. We won't be back.

There are a lot of long timers that are building decks and stairs late into the night. The internal roads need work and the sites are tight. It is impossible not to track white dust into your rig. The park is over priced. The utilities are good but the sites need a bit of cleaning and trash pick up.

TRAINS!!! This park is only steps away from the tracks. They run all night and blow their whistle right at the park. The hookups are good and the sites are level. No showers or restrooms. OK for a night.

If you have a small camper, the tree section is great. If you have a big rig pay a little more and choose one of the premium sites. The regular big rig section is OK but the sites are close together. The internal roads and pads are gravel and can be a bit rough. The staff live in the best sites. We like Durango and think this is the best park for the area.

This is our second time in the park. They do a nice job of keeping the park clean and orderly. The staff is friendly. The sites are cinder and roads are gravel. The cinders will make their way into everything. The utilities are good. This is the best park in Flagstaff and a lot of the campers stay for the season so get your reservations in early. We will return.

The Village address is incorrect...follow the signs to Oceans of Fun. Signage to the Village is confusing and the road by the park pay booth is too narrow. Parking for check in is on a steep hill or in the way of everyone. The sites are large with wonderful utilities. The pads are concrete and the roads are paved. The pool is nice, WiFi is OK and the laundry is average. The freeway and park noise are non stop. This is a very busy park and most everyone drives way too fast.

This is a nice park with lots of shade. The utilities are good, but the pool is average. They have a lot of things for kids to do and have a Friday night buffalo burger cook out and Saturday morning pancake feed. We chose a Delux Patio site and only had one problem. The 1st rule states only one RV or one tent per site, but they allowed an RV and a large family tent in the site next to us. The tent was erected about 5 foot away and close enough to be in the shade of our coach. When we asked the manager to look into this...He stated, "I hope this is not going to be a problem" and did nothing?? The freeway can be noisy and there are speed bumps in the park??? but is the nicest park in the area.

The park has no pride of ownership. The sites are full of weeds and not mowed but are mostly dirt. The roads are VERY dusty as is the entire park. The Wifi is weak and the cable is analogue (poor quality). The Jacuzzi was unclean. The park is overpriced. There is no shade and the sites are laid out goofy as one space has two units backed in opposite directions and overlap the front of the neighbors coach? The utilities are good and the staff is friendly. Rules like no clothes lines, speed limits, dogs tied up outside and cleaning up after your pet are not enforced. The park has a good location and there is a cool river running through it but they can't hide the run down park.

This is a very busy park. The check in was hurried and the office staff was unconcerned. The sites are small and the concrete pad is just big enough to accommodate our 40 foot rig but you exit the coach on the spotty grass. The sewer is up hill? No cable but we got dish signal. The pool is small for the size of the park. The work out area is a joke. The laundry is very good. The internet is good. Don't get stuck on the west side of the park on the weekend. The loud out door band and motor cycles across the street is bad. We will find something else next time.

This is a Great park. Concrete pads and streets. Strong internet and 60 cable channels. Fountains and water features. Grass and top notch utilities. The club house / deck is first class and the best thing about the park are the owners. These people truly care about their guests and their pride of ownership is evident everywhere in the park. I hesitate to review this park so high because when word gets out, I will not be able to reserve a site. If you are in the area (with a class A coach)...don't miss this one.

This park is good. We parked our 40 foot motorhome in a pull through. The sites are a bit close to your neighbor. They are gravel with spotty grass between the sites. You share the grassy area with your neighbor. There is a LARGE pet area for your pet to roam. The camp hosts were friendly and guide you to your site. The area behind the office is shaded but for small rigs. Appears to be the best camp in the area. We would stay here again

This is the best park in the area. Mostly a large gravel lot with a few trees. The best sites are the 3 premium back ins (sites 4, 5, 6), The pull through sites are very long but are just a gravel area with a small fence on each side (NO shade). The owners are great and the facilities are clean. The office, laundry, restrooms and showers are very good. The pool and hot tub are good. We would stay here again in our 40 foot motor home
