We have been here for a week and will be here another week. The customer service is great. Two big things for us is the WIFI, which is very good and the cable which is more than enough. We didn't use our Satellite at all. There are two negative things which were minor in my consideration. The section that we stayed in, the pads need some leveling and the sites are close. If you don't like driving in heavy traffic to see the sites you can take the Gray Line Tour Bus which will pick you up at the park and bring you back. If we come back to the Nashville area we will stay at this park.

We love the park and have been there twice a year for the past 4 years. It is conveniant for visiting my wife's family. But the last time we were there the rates had gone up to over 30 dollars for the river view sites which was an increase of 6 dollars from the last time we were there and like some others have posted the wifi is poor and the cable TV is terrible for a park that size. For what you pay now the services need to improve. I was very disappointed. Other parks that charge what they are now charging provide better services. We will probably continue going there because there is not another place in the area as close as it is for our requirements.
