This is a huge RV resort in Mesa, surrounded by other large resorts, which hosts both RVs and park models, some of which are quite old. Most guests stay for several months, if not the entire winter season. This is really not a one night stopover park. Despite a recent facelift in community area, the park is getting old and starting to look seedy. Streets are narrow, making it hard to get in to sites. Grapefruit trees are great but make it hard to park in many sites. Occasional free beer at happy hour sometimes causes problems with conduct and hospitality. We
camped at Mesa Regal RV Resort (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.
