Site very spacious.Verizon very spotty. 7 lakes for fishing and walking. Golf courses in the area are Carlton Oaks, Willowbrook, Mt Woodson, San Vincinte, Sycuan Resort 3 Courses.

Stopped for overnight stay. Large Pull throughs, along small lake. Best sites for Satellite #5-11. Easy on/off Hwy 8. Actually Located in Seeley, Ca. 9 hole Golf course. Pet friendly. We stay here to get early start to SD. A lot easier to climb the hill in the morning, lower temps and less traffic. Will stay again.

Golf courses close, Sun Village(18 Hole Par 3), Coyote Lakes , Hillcrest Many Sun City West Courses. First Class Resort, new managers on top of everything. WiFi a problem at peak times(March) otherwise a 10.

Usually stay here a couple time per year for a month or so. MUST make a reservation far in advance to get your favorite site. The Office staff makes you feel like family. Our favorite sites have asphalt. 281- high 290's. Usually quieter. Pet Friendly. Will Be Back.

Great older well-kept park. Large pool area, local Wi-Fi OK, Verizon card worked fine. Dog friendly, fishing in ponds. Too hot to play golf, course looked green. GREAT overnight spot to head up Hwy 8 to San Diego, about 35 mies to mountain grade. Started early (5:30) when weather cool, zipped right up hill. Will stop again.

Good overnight stop. Large site, stayed attached. Friendly people, had an ice cream social and country music jam. Dog friendly. Wi-Fi did not work. All utilities fine, Verizon good. Will stay again.

Great overnight stop. Fuel and food at exit for park. Located on hill, nice view. Fenced in dog walk. Pool, laundry, Wi-Fi did not work. Located half way between El Paso and San Antonio. Town has a large Walmart. Will stay again.

First Class spot, except they charge for overnight WiFi. Fenced dog run, large laundry, nice pool area, Extra large sites(new) but rock still needs to be packed down. Fuel and food (Subway and DQ) at highway exit. Most RV Parks have free WiFi so this park needs to get with the program. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Good overnight stop. Some long sites, so you don't need to disconnect. Verizon good, pet friendly. Some road noise, but it was hot so couldn't hear it because of A/C. 5 miles north of Boerne. Unique restaurant about 1/4 of mile away, called PO PO. Country style food. Would of graded higher but Wi-Fi was terrible.

As a full timer, we all have our favorite RV Parks. We have been on the road for 4 years. Stopped here 3 years ago and loved it. Well it has got better. New laundromat, restroom and personal showers. 50 plus acres in a park feeling. The sites are concrete set among pecan trees, Very pet friendly with a large creek to fish, swim or swim your dogs. Ask for a site that can handle your satellite. Also ask for GPS address; it will help finding this wonderful RV park. We will return.

First class park. We are full timers and appreciate a well run park. Wide concrete slabs, lots of grass wide roads. About 60 miles from Fort Worth-Dallas. There was a rally there but still had lots of sites. Dog and kid friendly. Will stop again.

Good overnight stop. Large sites, did not have to unhitch(60 ft). With the Employment need in the area, most site have workers and families. This area is booming with employment opportunities. Close to hwy, but not a lot of traffic. Will stop again.

Date of Stay:

Great clean Big Rig spots, fenced Dog yard, clean pool, and laundry. Morning free breakfast and friendly staff. Stayed here several times WiFi seems to always be not working. A little hwy 40 noise. Maybe the next time I stay the WiFi will be fixed.

Date of Stay:

Stayed here for a couple days beginning in May with nice days cool nights. Some sites offer lake views. Walking path around lake. Fishing piers, dog friendly, really friendly staff. Crisp clear air. Will be back

Price is Monthly Rate. Great place to spend the winter. Lots of Amenities, from lighted Pickle Ball courts to 2 heated pools, several hot tubs. Nightly music during week. You can either join the fun or relax. They offer a Sept to Dec promo on RV sites mixed in with resident guests. Love this place.
