The park was clean and well-cared for. There was a nice dog park and swimming pool. We spent 3 nights here in our travel trailer. Our site was large and shady with room for the dog to spend time outside. We camped at Travelers World RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

This park was close to downtown and easy to find. We did a lot of sightseeing in San Antonio visiting the historical sights, Alamo, and Riverwalk area. We spent a day doing the Missions. Do not go north to get on I-10 from the park. There are two 11 ft. 3 in. bridges that you would have to go under. We could not get under them, so we went back the way we came. We would definitely stay here again.

Three Oaks and a Pine, New Orleans, Louisiana

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here 5 nights in our travel trailer. The park itself is hard to get into coming from the East. The sites are big. Bathrooms were clean. The neighborhood was horrible, but security was good with a gated entry. It was convenient to go downtown by uber, bus, or driving. We camped at Three Oaks and a Pine in a Travel Trailer.

We had planned to stay 2 nights to spend some time visiting Pensacola, but we had to adjust our plans due to Hurricane Irma. We have been to Pensacola before and visited the Aviation Museum which is awesome.

Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park, White Springs, Florida

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed for 5 nights in site 39 in a travel trailer. The park is beautiful and well kept. Rangers are knowledgeable and friendly. We toured the Museum, the tower, walked down to the Suwanee River overlook, and went to view the Springs. Went into town to check out the antique store and Big Bellies. We also checked out the historic homes and old hotel in town. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again. We camped at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Travelers Campground, Alachua, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

YOU MUST PAY IN CASH and it doesn't say it anywhere. Plan ahead. We stopped here for an overnight with our travel trailer in mid-May. The pool was closed yet which was a disappointment because it was a hot, steamy day. The transient RV spots are laid out a little differently, in that, there are long rows of seven sites in a row. The office tries to place you in a row where people are leaving at the same time you are. It was really not a problem with leaving if you let the office know. Most sites have some shade and all have a picnic table. They have some animals as part of the "farm" that were nice to see. The grounds were well-kept and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our overnight here very much. We would come back again. We camped at Travelers Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Check out the farm animals on the property. We enjoyed seeing the donkeys, horse, peacocks, 7 parrots, and goats. We were near Gainesville if you needed supplies. It was easy on, easy off the Interstate, but the noise was not an issue.

Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park), Dothan, Alabama

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

The park has been improved greatly since our stay here. The owner has made nice improvements to the property. There is only one bathroom and one shower for the transient RVers, but we didn't have a problem. We have stayed here before in our 35' travel trailer and would stay here again. We camped at Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Cullman Campground, Cullman, Alabama

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

The roads in and out are narrow, but doable. The site was level and shady. It was a great pass-through park. 90% of the park are full-time residents, but it was very quiet and peaceful. People were friendly. We stayed here in our 35' travel trailer and did not have to unhook. We would come back again. We camped at Cullman Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Cave Country RV Campground, Cave City, Kentucky

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This campground pays close attention to detail. All the sites are pull-through and level. There is nice green space between each site. The grounds and bathroom facilities are well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed here to visit Mammoth Cave and it was very convenient. The fenced-in dog area is large and grassy. We enjoyed our 2-night stay here in our 35' travel trailer and would definitely return. We would have given it a 10, but the Wifi was weak. We were close to Mammoth Cave. There is a Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, and a couple of hotels at the exit along with multiple gas stations with mini-marts for groceries. It is an easy on/off from the Interstate.

Sites are huge and far apart. Next year all sites will have full hookups. Great trails and the natural springs are awesome! Rangers are helpful and friendly. Good roads to bike on. We are coming back again for a longer period of time. Bathrooms and showers are clean and we'll kept. Lots of wildlife and peaceful. Absolutely loved it! Island Resort Casino RV Park, Harris, Michigan

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in the RV park for an overnight in July with our 30' travel trailer. It was easy to find and very nice. Yes, the park has back-to-back sites, but the park was pretty empty so everyone basically took a whole/double drive-thru site. Each site was paved, had a picnic table, grass and shade trees. It was a pleasant surprise! We would stay here again. We camped at Island Resort Casino RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Christmas RV Park, Christmas, Florida

Date of Stay: December, 2014 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This place would get a ten except for potholes and with rain it can get soggy at the campsites. People have complained about the water taste and smell and I did not have that experience at all!! The staff was very nice and helpful and the restrooms were some of the cleanest I've seen. Great over the air TV and didn't use my satellite. We camped at Christmas RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
