Stagecoach RV Park, St Augustine, Florida

Date of Stay: December, 2017 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

In wet weather it could get very muddy. Sites were large but could use a little improvement with cement pads under the tables and stronger cable. Cable was weak. Good restrooms and showers. Friendly staff. Dog park is nice. Easy access from the Interstate. Can be tricky to find the campground road. Would come back again. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Downtown historic St. Augustine was close by and easy to find parking to see the sights. Love that town at Christmas to see the lights.

Overnite RV Park, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

We had a large pull-through site with grass. We stayed hooked up for an overnight stay. Not one review mentioned that it is near the train tracks and an airport where the military jets flew overhead very low. Good thing we aren't bothered by the noise. Bathrooms could use some updating. We camped at Overnite RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Grand Canyon Railway RV Park, Williams, Arizona

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Williams is a cute little town with some cute shops and neat little bars and restaurants. The Grand Canyon is 65 miles from the campground. We drove it for 4 days and it was not a problem. Our campsite butted up to the railroad tracks, but it was not a problem with noise for us. We would come back again to this campground. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a nice laundry in the campground and a firepit for general use. We camped at Grand Canyon Railway RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

There was a pool at the resort across the street, but we didn't use it at this time of year. There was a nice grocery store in town.

Meteor Crater RV Park, Winslow, Arizona

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 2 nights in a pull-through site. We stayed here so we could see the meteor crater. It was awesome! It was full every night but very quiet. They have a nice little store. Staff was friendly and helpful. The sky was so dark you could a million stars. We camped at Meteor Crater RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Manatee Springs State Park, Chiefland, Florida

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of my favorite state parks and it wasn't our first time here. Roads can be tight and some sites are difficult to get into. Choose your site carefully. Deer walk through the campsites every night. It is so peaceful and quiet. We stayed two nights. The natural spring is so beautiful and swimming in the summer is awesome. In the winter, manatees take over the areas to spend time in the warmer water and swimming isn't allowed then. There are some nice hiking trails. We will come back again and again. We camped at Manatee Springs State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Deer Run RV Park, Troy, Alabama

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Our reservation got messed up, but they had room for us. I really enjoyed this campground, but you want to be in the back section near the laundry, restrooms, and showers. If you are up front, there is no facility there. The campground is in a nice setting with trees and 2 lakes. There is nice space to walk the dog. I would stay here again. We camped at Deer Run RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

OK RV Park & Canyonlands Stables, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Arches NP. The campground was convenient to the park and the town of Moab. We also visited Canyonlands NP nearby. There was a very nice laundry and lounge for campers. The staff were friendly and helpful. We should have taken a jeep tour while in Moab, but we'll save that for next time. We would definitely come back again. Make sure you get a site in the back, not at the front entrance. We camped at OK RV Park & Canyonlands Stables in a Travel Trailer.

Wahweap RV and Campground, Page, Arizona

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 4 nights. It is an awesome campground on Lake Powell. We had a beautiful view of the lake. It was very convenient to visit the Glen Canyon Dam and to Page, AZ. The campground had beautiful facilities. There was a nice store, showers, and laundry at the office, not far from our campsite. We took a boat tour on Lake Powell to Rainbow Bridge which was awesome. We also took a tour of Antelope Canyon--UNBELIEVABLE and well worth the $33. We also drove to Horseshoe Bend which is near Page. That was awesome! This was one of my favorite campgrounds to stay in. We camped at Wahweap RV and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground, Bryce Canyon, Utah

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

We had a great site in the newer section. It was a little farther from the bathrooms, but not a bad walk. The site had a HUGE grassy area and fire pit. Every night we saw deer come down to the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a nice laundry. Ruby's is a big resort with a huge store, restaurant, and other little shops nearby. Ruby's is right at the entrance to Bryce Canyon NP. It was an awesome place and we would definitely return. We camped at Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Zion River Resort RV Park & Campground, Virgin, Utah

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $56.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here 4 nights to visit Zion NP. We have a Verizon phone and could not get any cell service. We had to wait until we got near the park to make a call. The setting of the campground is beautiful. We had a back-in site that backed up to the Virgin River. It was awesome! The campground had an awesome store, pool, and dog park. It is a 30 minute drive to Springdale at the entrance to the park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Make sure you have reservations! It is a popular park. We would definitely come back to this park again. We camped at Zion River Resort RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.
