We stayed here for a month. We were in between homes and decided to use our fifth wheel to stay comfortable. The owners of the park are two sisters. They are very, very nice and helpful. The family helps out with the campground and they keep it safe and clean. Our site was HUGE, very close to park and river. My two boys enjoyed their stay. Pet friendly and families have plenty to keep busy. They are really do a good job with activities. The seasonal campers were great!! I felt very welcomed and we will go back!

We reserved a week stay based on the website and conversation with staff. The site we reserved didn't even come close to fitting out 43 ft RV. After stressing to the staff the size, they assured us we would fit. It was late afternoon on our arrival. Not one person in office and no one answered the phone to let them know we couldn't fit. Finally found someone in rec hall and explained we need a different site. They said that we should fit and told the staff we had a truck pulling RV and couldn't swing turns. She said, well you didn't tell us you were in a truck. Hmmmm, 43 ft 5th wheel gets pulled how?? We left early in our stay. The campground was littered with garbage and pet "mess" was everywhere. There are mostly full time residents with old trailers covered in tarps and sites were unkempt. The horse and goat area was small and not much to look at. They did have a very nice indoor heated pool that abuts the rec hall. It is very unlikely we would return.

If you are looking for a campground that brings you back to nature....this is the place! This campground is located near everything you can think of, but is secluded from the hustle and the bustle. The host made me and my family feel so very welcomed. Our dog was so happy and was encouraged to be a dog and explore. The farm offers views of the mountain, as well as a stream or river (depending where your site is). My children 9 and 5 did not need Cable TV, a pool or an arcade...they played like children. They hunted for frog, went fishing in the amazing pond that has "the big one". We then danced with the fireflies!!! The horses are a majestic site and you can visit them and see them do their thing. The resident dog "Zenny" is as sweet as can be! I cannot say enough great things about Pegasus Farm. I almost didn't want to post fearing that the farm would get to popular!!! We will be going back again...and again. Host, you have a great place and thank you for making us feel like family!!! Oh and one final note. The restrooms are immaculate. They are freshly painted and have the "pretty" features of home. GREAT PLACE!!!!

I don't usually give campsite ratings a 10 but Danforth Bay is worth the rating. This place is huge and very clean and organized. They run the campground like pros! The security was VERY HELPFUL! They kept everything in check and safe! The office staff was kind and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean and never got messy, they were on top of it. Danforth Bay is pet friendly and go as far as to offer free waste collection bags everywhere. I wish I rented a golf cart to see every inch, but missed out! I love this camping resort and I will go back again! Keep up the good work!

We just returned from our stay at Moose Hillock. We have been told that this campsite is amazing: but I have to say it wasn't amazing. The campground did have some great features, but it went dull after the first day. We have two boys: 8 and 4 years old. We chose this place for the fishing pond and pool. We were told that fishing was great and stocked. That is a key feature for my 8 year old but the pond was over fished and murky. The fishing was a flop. The pool was cool and fun. The slides are a nice added touch but with the little kids it was hard to keep them out of harms way from the older pre-teens and teens. They came flying down the slides before my small one could even get out of the way. The pool was clean and warm. The campground has a cafe which was nice, but bring your credit card for everything in the cafe and store is very expensive. Bathrooms were concrete floors and they were presentable. The office staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The sites were spacious and roomy. Between the sites looked a bit unkempt but ok. Wi-Fi signal was weak but ok. We were supposed to stay for a week but left after 3 days. We got bored. I would suggest more activities, not just on Saturdays and Wednesdays. If we were to go back it would be just for a couple of days.

Beaver Dam was a very nice place. Clean and modern. The owners were on site and very helpful. They kept the campground very pretty with flowers and shrubs. The sites were well manicured. A nice feature was trash barrels on your site, and there was trash pick up. The store was a bit over priced, but that is to be expected. Great fishing.
