Anchor Down RV Resort, Dandridge, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $69.00
Overall Rating:

This resort has to be on our Top Ten all time places to camp. Even though it is only a short drive from our home base we enjoy the short drive to get away and spend time with other campers. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. The sites are large and easy to get in and out of with plenty of space to stretch your legs. Not to mention the views of the lake and a backdrop of the Great Smoky Mountains. We camped at Anchor Down RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Beverly Beach RV Camptown RV Resort, Flagler Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $109.00
Overall Rating:

Didn't get to stay on the ocean side because of last minute reservation. We stayed across the street that was a nice large lot, but for 100.00 I felt it was a little overpriced. I understand it was a holiday weekend, but we were just passing through and needed somewhere to stay for the night. Was surprised to find that they did not have a pool on site. Asked about late check out and was told it was 5.00 an hour for each hour past check out. Again I understand if your packed and need the space, but us and two other campers on the other side of the road with all kinds of space. We camped at Beverly Beach RV Camptown RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Stayed here on Saturday and Sunday nights. Was a very quite and clean campground. The host were very nice and helpful when checking in and showing us to our site. Will definitely stay here again. The site was large with grass and trees easy pull through and hook up. Thank goodness for cable because of the trees our satellite was not able to connect. We camped at Suncoast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Sunshine Key RV Resort & Marina (Closed temporarily), Big Pine Key, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $109.00
Overall Rating:

Large pool & campsites, no beach area really; the majority of the campsites appeared to be for permanent residents. Almost every campsite had large auto canopies with everything from freezers, fridges, stereos, etc. outside. On Friday there was blaring music and you couldn't hardly drive through the streets for all of the young kids running around in golf carts. We were going to leave on Saturday, but it was getting so bad we packed up and left out before things got too rowdy. We didn't feel safe to stay there for the weekend, and at the price you have to pay to stay there, it should be better managed. We camped at Sunshine Key RV Resort & Marina (Closed temporarily) in a Motorhome.
