This typical KOA is showing its age yet is pleasant enough to be a comfortable place to visit and enjoy the area sights. Staff is friendly and helpful. They sell a locally produced ice cream in the office which is excellent. The laundry is large and clean. Wifi is good at low usage times, very slow when users start their day. We enjoyed our stay here.

Has everything necessary for a pleasant visit to a very popular national park: close proximity, a great view of the red rock cliffs, full hookups, and adequate support services. The Campground is adjacent to a motel which operates both. Springdale has all the additional services to enhance the visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi adequate until users woke up, then it slowed to an unusable crawl. Verizon signal good. We would return for a longer stay.

An aging trailer park that has sites for travelers. Friendly and helpful staff. It was adequate for our need of an overnight stay.

This new RV park is beautiful, well designed and landscaped. Sites are long and wide. The road to the casino/park from I-15 is slow, windy and well trafficked. Staff is friendly. A great place for gamblers or those wanting a pleasant getaway.

This gem of a park is right in our neighborhood. We chose it as a close destination for our first "shake down" in our new motorhome. For an urban park, it has the appearance of a remote country location. Only sites closer to the entrance experiencing traffic noise remind you of the urban setting. It has lots of fully grown trees, acres of grass and large sites to enjoy. Day use area provides water park activities which is popular on weekends. Some sites are designed for multiple family gatherings. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay here.

The only thing recommending this park is its location adjacent to Fidalgo Bay and there are only 17 waterfront sites which are reserved a year in advance! Most of the remaining sites are very crowded - there wasn't enough room on the patio side of our site to set out lawn chairs. The wifi is free but very slow and unusable at busy times. We were here to re-experience the San Juans and to spend time with friends. In that regard, the park served its purpose.

Attractive RV only park adjacent to 101 and close to attractions in Seaside and Cannon Beach. Spacious sites with grass and trees give it a park-like appearance. Trees not tall enough to interfere with satellite reception. Blacktop roads and sites are crumbling with age. No family amenities. Free wifi is fast and robust. Water pressure is strong (50 psi). 50 amp service not available. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay here while seeing the area sights.

Typical of Oregon State Parks - lovely. Previous reviewers describe well the virtues of this park. Some spaces are long enough for large motorhomes, but not wide enough to easily accommodate slide outs and awnings. Tree limbs are a major problem. We saw a neighbor have his wife climb on the roof of their motorhome to lift tree branches as he backed in! Very risky and unwise for the campers and for Oregon State Parks who could be held liable for property damage in renting sites that can't accommodate assigned RVs.

This adult oriented park caters to gamblers or tourists - no family oriented amenities. Very attractive and well layed out. However, sites are not as level as they should be considering how new it is. Streets and pads are blacktop. Sites are spacious with small strips of young shrubs dividing them. Staff is friendly and eager to please. Wifi is free but very slow. 50 amp service is reliable and water pressure is strong: 70 psi. Easy access and close to area attractions. We enjoyed our stay here.

Poorly maintained park is perhaps a reflection of owners desire to sell. Electrical service is inadequate: low voltage at both 30 & 50 amps. WiFi is slow to non-existent. Sites are not level. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Hopefully the next owners will invest in upgrades needed in this park.

Bare bones park - no amenities. Adequate for an overnight stay.

Outstanding park for family oriented amenities, location, and environment. Our site was too far from the office to get any wifi reception and Verizon reception was spotty to non-existent. We enjoyed our stay here in spite of those limitations. Overpriced for what we needed, but not for the location.

Fine for an overnight stay. Friendly staff. No extras: pool out of service, no wifi. It was adequate for our needs.

Beautiful ownership park. Great for a getaway or to enjoy Las Vegas. Free wifi is slow and Verizon is surprisingly just 3G. Easy access, level sites, very pleasant.

A very pleasant overnight stop. Friendly staff. The pull-through sites are long and level. Family friendly. Recommended.
