Cherry Hill Park (Washington DC), College Park, Maryland

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $75.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed in space 27, one of the better sites. Convenience to DC is the park's best appeal. Use the Metro, don't drive in, metro is best option. You can drive or take bus from the RV Park to metro station, we drove ourselves. Park does all they can to make your stay a good one. 2 good size and clean laundry rooms. Cafe is handy after a long day in DC. Park is close to almost anything you could need. BIG dog area and plenty of trash cans throughout the park. Will use this park again. Space 27 is good for DirecTV reception. We camped at Cherry Hill Park (Washington DC) in a Fifth Wheel.

Graceland RV Park & Campground, Memphis, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Best thing about park is you can walk to Graceland tour (about 100 yards). Park is OK, fits it's purpose, not the kind of place you'd vacation unless you really love Elvis, one night is enough. Avoid the "pink Cadillac" restaurant, wasted meal.' We camped at Graceland RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Graceland tour is only 100 yards away, do the $45 tour, anything more is a waste of $$$.

Circle CG Farm Campground, Bellingham, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Stay here makes me appreciate "customer service" at DMV. Never felt more unwelcome than we did here. Water pressure was the worst we have ever experienced, needed to keep our tank full and use our pump. Fit our need, I forgot to book a spot for Labor Day on an east coast trip so this was better than staying in a parking lot for 3 days. Our site A-1 not satellite friendly. We camped at Circle CG Farm Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Candlestick RV Park, San Francisco, California

Date of Stay: February, 2015 - $90.00
Overall Rating:

The place is most depressing RV Park we have ever stayed in. Cramped, dirty, and saying sites are snug is being very kind. People park without regard for others who may be arriving. We have 37 ft RV and we're lucky not to end up with dents somewhere. Staff must have been trained in customer service at a DMV office. Store your RV somewhere and stay in a motel, you'll be happier. Can't wait to check out. We camped at Candlestick RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rincon Country West RV Resort (55+ park), Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Here's the straight poop....We just went to check out 3 other RV Parks (over 55) in the area. This by far is the best bet if you are staying for a couple of weeks or longer. Clean park, well run, nice staff and nice spots for your RV. If you check in at the others and come here afterward you'll kick yourself. Glad we picked this one to stay, close to stores but the area is not too crowded.

If you are staying just a few days, go elsewhere, but longer stays are best done here. We are making our reservations for here again next winter before we leave. We camped at Rincon Country West RV Resort (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Garden of the Gods Campground, Colorado Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

I have to agree this park is a little over priced for what you get, sites are not level and if you are on satellite tons of trees are in the way no matter what they tell you. Needed work done on our unit and their "recommended" mobile service person would have been better off letting the repair stay broken. Tight turns to get around, they have to escort you. Front office people tell you one thing to get you out the door but don't follow up. We are not going back. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
