Showers in lady's side are SHORT! There is a shuttle to downtown deadwood, free! New owner, very helpful, very nice! Staff very helpful also! Will definitely stay here again! On a mountainside out of the way. Beautiful scenery! We camped at Deadwood KOA in a Motorhome.

Happy Holiday Resort, Rapid City, South Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Way over priced for what you get, but you are in Rapid City. Not any places to walk to for food but an over-priced dirt floored chuck wagon across the 4 lane highway. Called and asked for a pool and they said they did then got there and it was closed for repair! Rather rude front lady, acts very pompous! Wasn't helpful in getting or helping us find food until escort guy suggested pizza then it was like pulling teeth for her to get us a number, she plopped the phone book and walked away...pizza hut delivers but not Rapid City's...the cable-$3/night and it didn't work...escort guy came down with his TV and surprisingly it worked but we got conned out of $3, everywhere we went before and after it worked perfectly! You also are on top of your neighbor...way too packed in and the park needs to reinvest some $ back into it! We camped at Happy Holiday Resort in a Motorhome.

Wacky West Travel Park, Valentine, Nebraska

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

There are no frills about this park. No pool and you need a key for the restrooms and showers, but considering Nebraska hasn't many RV parks besides the state/city parks this was a nice place. There's a market right across the road for food and beverage stock up and a store similar to the family dollar/Walmart too. Very nice owners as they are helpful in trying to make your stay more enjoyable. We camped at Wacky West Travel Park in a Motorhome.

Greybull KOA, Greybull, Wyoming

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We called about three hours before arriving to set up a site. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone. We were treated in the front yard with bottles of water after a long drive and a very friendly smile. What a great way to start out experience. This KOA is one of the nicest ones that we have stayed at. It is very clean, well set up, and worth the trip. We would recommend this campground to anyone in the area. We camped at Greybull KOA in a Motorhome.
