This a nice park in the heart of Las Vegas. Even though it's next to the freeway we were never bothered by noise. The spaces are average width and length. My only complaint is the areas for dogs, and that's because the ground is covered with rocks that are very hard for my large dogs (and me!) to walk on. And, if you park in the middle of the park it's a long way to make the dogs "wait" until you get to the park! The pool, laundry and bathrooms were clean. I will stay here again.

Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve is a family oriented park with lots of amenities for the kids. It's very busy on the weekends, but the RV sites are mostly to the end of the park so it's not as busy with people and cars as the front half. There is an extra gate with number combo for RV'ers to use for in and out access. The RV sites are not wide but have great angle and are long. There is a lot of areas to walk the dogs but be aware of ticks. Also, be aware of ANTS! We stayed several weeks and enjoyed our stay.

Beaver KOA

Beaver, Utah

Date of Stay:

Beaver KOA is easy to access off Hwy 15, and the road to this park is easy for large coaches. Nice grassy area for our dogs to walk next to office. It's also a nice area to sit for the afternoon. Easy to pull into full hookup sites, which are very wide. We didn't use the bathroom/showers but let me tell you, they were the cleanest I've seen! There may be a few full-timers in the back of park but anymore, they all have full-timers. Managers are very nice, helpful people and take great pride in this park. I will be back!
