Valley of the Rogue State Park is a perfect place to stay if you want clean, beautiful and quiet accommodations close to Grants Pass or Medford Oregon. We stayed for 5 nights. The staff was great and they kept the park extremely clean. Interstate 5 runs along the length of the park. The sites are set back far enough away from the road and close enough to the Rogue River to not be an issue. I highly recommend this park for anyone traveling along the I-5 corridor whether you need to stay awhile or just want to stop in for a night or two on your travels.

We stayed here for four months over the winter while my wife went through radiation therapy. Our time at Alderwood was wonderful. It is centrally located in the greater Spokane area. The sites are level, spacious and the entire park is very clean. The amenities are excellent and modern. The staff however is what truly made our time here very enjoyable even though we were in town for radiation treatment. There was never anything to worry about. The staff are wonderful people and they run an excellent resort. There are plenty of sites at Alderwood to accommodate any rig. I highly recommend Alderwood and we will be staying here again the next time we need long term accommodation for treatment.

Deception Pass Park is my favorite Washington State Park. It is a wonderful place to camp. The staff is great, the park is very clean and the amenities are modern and always in excellent working condition. From the beautiful old growth trees, the huge ancient-looking ferns, abundant wildlife and gorgeous beach to the crisp air and awesome hiking trails, you cannot go wrong. There is the Oak Harbor NAS nearby but you quickly forget all about it once you immerse yourself in the wonders of Deception Pass Park.
