Kerrville-Schreiner Park, Kerrville, Texas

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This was a beautiful park with plenty of space for privacy between camp sites. Nice bike trails and hiking trails as well as a playground for the children. Awesome place to float in the river, fish or canoe. We stayed in Pecan Loop and there was some road noise, but it couldn't be heard from inside our camper. And honestly the location of the river and all it had to offer, cancelled out any "road noise" issue. We camped at Kerrville-Schreiner Park in a Travel Trailer.

This park is quiet and the location can't be beat. Great place to fish. Across the street is the park where you can canoe, swim fish or picnic. We camped at Pioneer River Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Guadalupe River RV Park Campground, Spring Branch, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

The staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very flexible with check-in and out times. The river access was beautiful and not crowded. It does require some physical agility in order to reach, as most points of entry are steep. I had no issues with the restroom but my husband said all the men's side were clogged. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning to enjoy more time on the river. We camped at Guadalupe River RV Park Campground in a Travel Trailer.
