Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Facilities were very clean. Sites were gravel but very level and it's in a very quiet part of the city. I-10 was close by with easy on-off. This will most likely become a regular stop. We camped at Shady Acres Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Haskell City Park, Haskell, Texas
Date of Stay:
June, 2012 -
$12.00
Overall Rating:
The only RV park in town. First night is free and now $12 each night afterward. It is an all gravel area including slots which are full hookups including 50 amp service. It is clean, though grassless. There are some shade trees but most are taken up by long term users. Hat's off to the City of Haskel for providing the facility. We camped at Haskell City Park in a Travel Trailer.

Geronimo RV Resort, Destin, Florida
Date of Stay:
June, 2012 -
$46.00
Overall Rating:
Somewhat short on shade trees but both the park and facilities were exceptionally clean and well kept. Gentleman at front desk is an excellent host and one of the friendliest people I've met. An ordained minister like me, we visited like old friends for over an hour. Anytime we visit area, this will be our place to stop. We camped at Geronimo RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
