Crescent City / Redwoods KOA, Crescent City, California

Nice campground. Friendly well-run management. We stayed in 106 which was right next to the redwoods and private setting. Wi-Fi worked fine. They had suggestions for hikes in the area. We would stay here again. We camped at Crescent City / Redwoods KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Great location for San Francisco travel and walking distance to the ferry. A good city location. Wi-Fi worked fine. Not very elegantly looking with small pool. Sites are small. Nice management and very helpful. We would stay here again due to location. We camped at Marin Park in a Travel Trailer.

Pismo Coast Village RV Resort, Pismo Beach, California

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

Well-run RV park. Lots of activities especially for children. Wi-Fi worked great for us. It was very busy when we stayed. And very crowded. Some sites are larger than others. Ours was very small. Great location. I would probably not stay here again in summer months. Too busy for us. We camped at Pismo Coast Village RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Mounthaven Resort, Ashford, Washington

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Absolutely wonderful. It was one of the best campsites. Close to Mt. Rainier and set among big trees. The manager is very nice and helpful. We stayed in #17 which was the end spot and very private. Wi-Fi works well near the office in an area with nice chairs, tables, among the trees and moss and everything beautiful! No cell service but ok. We would definitely come here again. We camped at Mounthaven Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Rain Forest Resort Village, Quinault, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Absolutely beautiful. Site 1 has a perfect view of the lake and grounds. It was near the biggest Sitka tree. There were only 4-5 other campers in middle of summer. The Wi-Fi from the resort worked for us. Limited cell service, however. Beautiful environs for this campground. No sewer but there is a dump 20 miles away. We would stay at this site again. We camped at Rain Forest Resort Village in a Travel Trailer.

Andersen's RV Park, Long Beach, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Great location to the beach and a very well-managed campground. Just steps away from the Long Beach. Sites were very close to each other but it wasn't bad. WIFI was intermittent but adequate. Facilities looked clean. We would stay here again. We camped at Andersen's RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Quileute Lonesome Creek RV Park, La Push, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

The location is the best part of this site. Walk right on to the beach. We had a fire on the beach and watched the local fireworks. Campground was full but quiet. It would have been a ten if it had WIFI. Cell service with Verizon but not AT&T. We would come back to this park. Remote and lovely. We camped at Quileute Lonesome Creek RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Jantzen Beach RV Park, Portland, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

This park depends on your goals for a park. Great location. You can easily take the tram to the city. Just off I-5. Great Wi-Fi. Good amenities. But it was crowded when we came and it was noisy with kids, dogs, etc. Also military jets in the am, airplanes all day, and a few trains at night. Other than that, they run a nice park site. And I may stay here again due to location and value. We camped at Jantzen Beach RV Park in a Tent Trailer.

Carson Valley RV Resort, Minden, Nevada

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Nice campground which is close to the casino. Very easy check-in. Sites are fairly close together on asphalt, and easy to get into. Wi-Fi worked OK. It was a clean campsite with just a little street noise. If you need to be in Minden, it is the place to be. Probably would not stay here again as we were just passing through. We camped at Carson Valley RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Kanab RV Corral, Kanab, Utah

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Enjoyable our site in Kanab. We stayed here for the July 4th festivities, which were not as good as last year due to the firemen assisting with local fires, but still very good fireworks set with a red cliff background. It was fabulous! Campground was neat and tidy. The area is some of the prettiest in the US. Take a drive through the Best Friends sanctuary. Fantastic views! We would stay here again. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Travel Trailer.

Benton Oaks RV & Campground, Corvallis, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This park is very close to University and town yet it feels like you are in the country. Big trees for the back ins. And no trees for the pull throughs. We were there during a non busy time and it was great. Great Wi-Fi service. Helpful camp host. It is grassy as well. No Mosquitoes so that is good. We would camp here again. We camped at Benton Oaks RV & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Crater Lake Resort, Fort Klamath, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

A nice smaller campground with exceptional amenities. Some sites are right next to the little stream. You can use the canoes to go in the stream. Free supply of videos since there is no cable connection. But beware of the smelly sulphur water, mosquitos, and horrible Wi-Fi. Otherwise it is a great place to stay. It is close to Crater Lake National Park which is fabulous. I would try the campground in the park next time. We camped at Crater Lake Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Scandia RV & Mobile Park, Bend, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

We were the last site available so it was right upfront and was a very small site. The back upper sites appeared to be much better. Wi-Fi was very spotty, but there is a Starbucks close by. Convenient location to Bend's many activities. We might come here again but would have to stay in a different site. We camped at Scandia RV & Mobile Park in a Travel Trailer.

The is the best RV park located in a cute town. Very professional at the front desk. Wi-Fi was very fast. Extra large sites. It is worth the extra money to be at this well run park. And close to all that Bend has to offer. We would return for a longer stay. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This park is in an excellent location and close to the LV Strip. It is guard gated with 2 swimming pools and well kept grounds. The laundry and showers were clean. Some sites even have shade. They are very well organized and professional. Only negative was that you had to pay for WI-FI and then it was good only on the computer you signed up for - which means if you have 2 IPads and a computer, you had to pay nearly $18/ per 24 hours. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.
