Jordan Lake SRA / Poplar Point Campground, Apex, North Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Always love staying here! We pull our boat up to the campsite and have the best of both worlds! I wish they had FHU sites but it is a state park. We camped at Jordan Lake SRA / Poplar Point Campground in a Motorhome.

Lynchburg NW/Blue Ridge Parkway KOA (formerly Wildwood Campground), Monroe, Virginia

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed at Wildwood as our base while touring the area and exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was very convenient (1 mile from the parkway). The campground was very clean and in such a beautiful area! They have new owners this year that are so friendly and helpful! It was a great place to relax and kick back. We camped at Lynchburg NW/Blue Ridge Parkway KOA (formerly Wildwood Campground) in a Travel Trailer.

Nice campground but no hook ups of any kind, no showers. Good place to camp cheap in a beautiful area. No campground activities for families. We camped at Blue Ridge Parkway / Otter Creek Campground in a Travel Trailer.
