This is a great little park. There are a few long time residents, but their sites are clean and contained. Lots of shade trees and grass islands in between the sites. The WiFi is free and the signal is very strong and consistent. The washrooms are spotless and the women's even has a tub!. Laundry area only has 2 machines, but both work well and the cost is $1 per load to wash or dry. The owners live onsite and are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything is tired and worn looking. Gravel roads throughout the park with huge speed bumps. We stopped for the night so we could do our laundry and only 2 out of about 20 were in working order. Sites are large and most are pull through, but there is very little landscaping. Wi-Fi is very slow.

We tried this campsite at the recommendation of a friend who is an escapee member. They were offering a special that we could not resist of $50 for a week stay. Overall, the park is very clean and well maintained, but it just is not our type of park. It is too large for my tastes - really a small village, with everything that entails such as a club house and lots of activities. If that is what you are looking for, then this is definitely the park for you. There is no pool however, and the free Wi-Fi is only available in the clubhouse, which was quite a long walk away from where we were parked. Also, there is only one laundry and one shower area for the entire park. We will be staying at a smaller park with more amenities and fewer programmed activities next time we are in the area.

We checked out a lot of RV parks in Las Vegas area, and this is the best for value and location in my opinion. We stayed a month, so got the monthly rate of $390. The sites were large enough to put out your slides, although the longer units (35ft plus) did stick out into the roadways. This is one of the few parks with some landscaping and the front office staff were very helpful. The couriers stop there daily if you are expecting packages, and they sell postage at the front desk. There are two laundry and shower sites for the park and both are extremely clean and were never very busy. It is located right on Boulder highway, so it was easy to get into and out of, plus there was a transit bus stop right outside the park. We took the transit buses down to the strip and also over to the shopping centre on Sunset Boulevard. Easy trips, no transfers and a $5 pass is good for 24 hours. The park is well maintained and it is far enough from the downtown Vegas area that you do not get the riff raff coming in off the street trying to camp out. Some of the parks closer in looked pretty bad in comparison. There is no ATM in the park, but across the street in a small liquor store they do have one. I work out of the RV remotely, and I found the Wi-Fi to be very fast and consistent. We would definitely recommend this park to anyone and will be staying here again next year on our way through Vegas.

Of all the casino parking sites in Laughlin, this is by far the best. It is located on the top off the bluffs opposite the Casino and has the best view of the city and the Colorado river. The sites are level and numbered and are wide enough for units with slides and toads. The lot is lit at night and security comes around regularly. As well, they have a courtesy shuttle that runs between the rv parking, the casino, the Tropicana casino and the mall. Or, if you like to walk, there is an easy walk on sidewalks from the rv park down the hill to the casino. We parked in the upper level and left our front curtain open at nights to see the lights of the strip. Remember to get your registration from security. They do check. Also, the price includes a free dump at the Tropicana when you leave. Dry camping at its best.

This is a great park for dry camping. I know they have hookups available as well, but being close enough to touch my neighbor does not appeal to me. Hence, we dry camp a lot. We had the perfect spot on the south beach. Site was level, we were on the beach, had a covered picnic table, garbage can, and fire pit, we were walking distance to the casinos in Laughlin across the river, and our closest neighbor was 3 sites away, also on the beach. The weather was perfect the entire time, and the security and park maintenance patrolled the area on a regular basis, so we did not even have to put our BBQ away when we left our site. We will definitely be back next year.

This park was great. Like all the rest on the island, it is small and intimate, but the owners were great - very friendly and accommodating. They even offered to lend us their car to see more of the island, which we declined, but greatly appreciated the offer. The Wi-Fi works great. I work daily from the motorhome and had no problems with connection. Walked to the beach and the small store from the park. Also had laundry facilities, which is the main reason we stay at any campground. No showers or washroom though.

This is our favorite park in Arizona. The managers are very friendly and helpful and the park is clean and well maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean in the laundry and pool areas. Our spot was nicely shaded, and the 3 small lakes are beautiful and a nice treat in this arid State. The Wi-Fi worked well and we were able to get good reception on our cell phones and our satellite dish. We would definitely recommend this park to anyone coming in the area. The only drawback, as mentioned by others, is the sound of the trains, but that didn't stop us from having a good, restful sleep.

This is beautiful little park. It is older and there are a lot of full-timers, but it is still well maintained. The pool was drained for the season when we got there. The only reason I didn't give it a "10" was because the Wi-Fi does not reach to all areas of the park. A lot of people were huddled in the laundry room and sitting in their vehicles outside the office in order to get online. We did not receive a strong enough signal from our site to log on.

Excellent park, clean, large, well spaced sites. Open year round, so great for us snowbirds heading south. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our way back north in the spring.

This is an excellent little known campground just a half hour from the main beach at Slave Lake. The marina has showers and washrooms as well as a small convenience store and the staff are all very small-town friendly. Lake lots are right on the beach. We loved it.
