Friendly RV Park, Weed, California

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Easy access with long pull through sites. However the second arrival pulls in behind the first. It did not alter our stay as we were first. Really nice reception at check in and out site was easy to drive to. No fenced-in pet area which would have been great for our Labrador who seeks what's over the mountain. We camped at Friendly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Crown Villa RV Resort, Bend, Oregon

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $95.00
Overall Rating:

Loved the sites. Our pull-through was very spacious and private and perfectly maintained. I did not give a 10 because the dog park was a very long walk without an easy path. Though it is large and has great vegetation 1/3 is dust and the other has weeds that make ball chasing difficult. Recommend adding a 2nd dog park with gravel base to allow ball chasing area. This is a beautiful park with lots of spacious grassy areas. Great cable. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Granite Lake Premier RV Resort, Clarkston, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

Drawback was cable hookup was corroded and we were told to change sites after we were all set up. My husband fixed the connection himself. Sites are narrow access for 40 foot RV with tow. We chose a nose in to view the Columbia River. It was magnificent once settled. Lots of grassy area and our Labrador swam in the river. We camped at Granite Lake Premier RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Costco Walmart a golf driving range close. Not a very big off leash park for dogs. Easy access to both WA and iD across the bridge. Beautiful drives in the area.

Wildhorse Resort and Casino RV Park, Pendleton, Oregon

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Friendly knowledgeable staff that mentioned the Tuesday discounts for members. Free to sign up, great grassy field for our Labrador to wildly run free. Free shuttle to Casino hotel & restaurants AND IS AN EASY WALK. Site was gravel and level with a grassy area with small tree for shade. The drawback was the long hose needed for sewer. We choose not to dump for one night. We camped at Wildhorse Resort and Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lakeside Marina & Campground, Jamestown, North Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is a unique lakeside park about 7 miles off the freeway. However, we have 2 yellow Labs who would swim before they eat so we made the call. The site 47 was a long pull through with a view of the lake. It is rustic but I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Lakeside Marina & Campground in a Motorhome.

Stokes-Thomas City Park & Campground, Watertown, South Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This was an outstanding park for $20 a night. I am so spoiled with a sewer hook up it was good for me to realize bathrooms are a huge part of camping. The management is so friendly as are the people who camped around us. The lake provided swimming for the infamous yellow labs. What more could you ask for. We camped at Stokes-Thomas City Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Sunnybrook Park and Campground, Wadena, Minnesota

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed 4 days. The creek and green disc golf area were wide open and fun to run in with two yellow labs. They also found the creek. If I had criticism it would be the laundry was not updated or very clean (the machines). The contact for the city and the camp host were very friendly and easy to work with. I would stay here again. We camped at Sunnybrook Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Meadows RV Park, Miles City, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Clean, long sites, not a dog run on the park but we played ball because the park was not too full. Shade trees are still growing. Nice staff who guided us to the Hole in the Wall restaurant that had a wonderful steak dinner with good pricing. Easy on off freeway access but was not bothered by noise. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Meadows RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cowboy RV Park, Pocatello, Idaho

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

I am undecided about the park. It is easy access and quiet. The vet hospital across the way has a large area to exercize yellow labs and walking in the parking lot next door is easy as well. Access to the sites is not easy for big rigs. And if I recall correctly they allow two RVs on some sites so if you want to leave early you must be the first RV into site. The staff is friendly and the park is clean. We camped at Cowboy RV Park in a Motorhome.

The staff is friendly, the sites are large, and easy access for a 40' motorhome. It is easy to drive by after entering Ft Bridger. Go slow and look for the entrance between a covered wagon and gift store soda fountain. Small laundry 2 washers and dryers but so easy to relax while waiting. This is a beautiful well run campground. The water is a nice bonus. There are no trees so it was very hot. The sites are large enough to enjoy with grass. The restaurant is wonderful. We camped at Blackwell Island RV Park in a Motorhome.
