There is minimal area for pets to be walked. Walking distance to town, super close to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. No cable, Wifi good. Not a park to go if you have kids and want amenities. Better prices than the other local campgrounds.

Beautiful, quiet, shady, with lots of trees, flowers all over the park, great setting close to Missoula. Easy on and off from Highway. This is a park for people looking for peace and quiet.

I would rate it higher, but they don't have enough 50 amp sites, and it is really hot there in the summer. Easy access from main road.

I arrived today with a reservation for 50 amp and full hookup. I was told to drive around and find a site. Fortunately, we were able to find one, but this is absolutely no way to run a campground!! We mainly found a site because we got here early enough. The sites are not level and there are stumps all over that should be ground up. We almost hit one. It is also 20 miles out of Leavenworth. Not being a Thousand Trails member and having to pay full price, I would think the least the park could do, would be to assist people to their sites. After being here for a day, most people in the park are Thousand Trail members, so they are used to finding their own sites but even they agreed it was very difficult the way the park is set up.

There are very limited restrooms. The main attraction to this park are the phenomenal views!! Easy signage on the road. It is gated. Fairly close to Whistler. Good value for US dollar.

The park has a pool and playground for kids which we didn't use but it's available. Level sites. Wifi was decent. The rate includes the tax. Proximity to Bellingham and Mt Baker was good. They don't have any information on Bellingham or Mt. Baker, so you have to gather that on your own in town.

The park owners are a wonderful family who go out of their way to help with any questions, issues, etc. The laundry facilities offer a stove, refrigerator, sink for people in tents, a beautiful TV to use whenever and new washer and dryers. They are the most expensive I have ever used though at 2.50 per load, but they are nice. Bathrooms are also very nice. Wonderful trails adjacent to the campground for walking. The owner has a wonderful list of restaurants and area attractions to give out. Wifi is bad unless you have a hotspot but they are working on it.

Easy access from highway, shopping, bus transportation if needed. Very well maintained. Nice trails to walk dogs. Laundry facilities clean and good prices.

Beautiful location along the Icicle River and overlooking the mountains! Leavenworth is a fun town to visit. There is a nice trail to walk the dog just as you leave the campground. Free coffee available in the morning. The hosts are always around if you need something.

The staff was super helpful! The campground is wonderful for children because of the playground, pond and streams to play in. There are some sections of the park that are nicer than others but mainly because of the age. The laundry is really nice and $1 for washer and dryer which is very reasonable. Great area outside of the campground to take long walks with the dog. We had to move to another site for one night which was much nicer. 51B. Less shade though, but a longer site.

Very pretty campground with lots of green space. Some large shade trees, others growing. GPS is wrong so go by the large sign that is obvious for the campground. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Super friendly staff. We have stayed here numerous times while on our way out west. Nice dog area. I think there had been a lot of rain recently because it was pretty wet. Bathrooms are individual, which is always nice. You should explore the downtown area. They are revitalizing the town and it is very cute. Nice restaurants and a river walk with murals depicting the town's history. Will be back for sure. Probably should call ahead in the summer. They are getting more year-round people and we were lucky to get a site at 5 PM without calling ahead.

So many pluses to this park. Close to highway but not too close to hear all the noise. Level sites. Individual bathrooms and showers. Beautifully landscaped, plenty of area to walk the dog. Streetlights so if coming in late it is doable. They even have 3 sites that have blue lights for late arrivals so it is even easier to find. Great place. Wish every campground could be so nice. Only needed it for one night, while passing through. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Would give it a 10 but there is a train that runs in the back that goes by regularly. We had a back-in at site 15, which was so nice. You could see the Columbia River. There are nice shade trees and lots of grass. Nice dog area. The owner will tell you to not go over the Hood River Bridge....it is quite intimidating. We went over Garden of the Gods Bridge and went the 20 more miles on Rt. 14. Actually wished we had been on 14 the whole time because the views are really nice of the Gorge. If you come from the east, go over the bridge at Dallesport. It's free and plenty wide enough. Wished we had stayed longer but it is a small campground so reservations are important, especially on weekends.

This park has to be one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. It was originally to be used as a resort to have individual owners and only Class A RV's. Because the economy went bad, the park was sold and is now available for everyone. Bend is an incredible town and has so much to offer. This campground is pretty central to the surrounding areas. The sites are huge with trees everywhere. Large area behind the campground to let your dog off leash. Still plenty of areas on site to walk the dog on leash. Super friendly staff. The rate was for weekly. It goes up depending on how far in you want to be from the road. Even the road noise was minimal. Will come back for sure!! Major plus, the laundry room takes credit cards so no scrambling for quarters!
