Thousand Trails Natchez Trace RV Campground (frmrly Natchez Trace KOA), Hohenwald, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Two thumbs down. The bathrooms are filthy and the campsites are uneven and narrow. The electric boxes were going out no one around to fix them. Very disappointed that KOA is associated with this place. We camped at Thousand Trails Natchez Trace RV Campground (frmrly Natchez Trace KOA) in a Fifth Wheel.

Grand Trails RV Park, Corydon, Indiana

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

The campground is mainly occupied by long term stays. We were there for 3 days and no one ever checked on us. We were the only ones in our area; we did ask to move due to the space we were originally asked to go in was not big enough for our rig. The place is run down, not well kept, trash laying around, old run down campers sitting with weeds grown up all around them, grass is long and a lot of weeds. We counted 6 copperhead snakes, however, the campground does sit on Indian Creek. There was a sign in the not so clean bath house, which consisted of a toilet, sink and shower, that stated to clean it up or lose privileges to it. We did not use the bath house. It looks like at one time it may have been a nice place; It's a shame. The Good Sam discount was only $1/day. Most of the shops in the town were closed by 4:30 on Saturday and not open at all on Sunday. Did I expect more for $50/day? Yes, I guess I did because I have received better for the same price and less. There is obviously no pride in the ownership/management of this campground :( We will not go back and not recommend it. We camped at Grand Trails RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Harrison Village Campground & RV Park, Harrison, Arkansas

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Really like this park. We have been there a couple of times and will go back. The bathrooms are clean. The park is in a good location, well kept, and the staff is very friendly. It's an older park and built on a slope, but the sites are level and not a problem; some of the sewer hookups are a little tricky but nothing an extension hose doesn't fix. We recommend this park. We camped at Harrison Village Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

OH! Kentucky Campground & RV Park, Berea, Kentucky

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Most of the campsites here are people's homes. The local public has run of the place and have trashed the bathrooms and swimming pool. You can't even get in the pool until 7:00pm. The bathrooms are filthy and have no air moving in them. The toilets don't flush and are full of waste and the floors have an inch of water on them. There is trash everywhere in the campground. We complained, and was told that the owner lost interest after his wife died and the manager doesn't care. This campground is nothing that it's website portrays it to be. Save yourself the disappointment with this one. We camped at OH! Kentucky Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
