Westport Beach RV Park and Campground (formerly Westport Beach / N Men, Westport, California

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $56.00
Overall Rating:

Well, If you like access to a beach this is for you. Everything else is substandard. They have some nice sites but, they were empty the 7 days I was here. The sites are small: some that appear you should back into, you pull forward into and need a long sewer hose to hook up. Bring your dog shoes, they have bad stickers. Sites are very, very close. Below Highway 1 traffic not bad, but a few logging truck go by using their jake brakes. WIFI OK. We camped at Westport Beach RV Park and Campground (formerly Westport Beach / N Men in a Motorhome.

Prospector Hotel and Casino , Ely, Nevada

The price and convenient location earned it a 5. Stayed here for one night, I would stay here again if I was traveling through and the timing was right. Easy in and out. We camped at Prospector Hotel and Casino in a Motorhome.

Wishing Well RV & Trailer Court, Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed for three nights. This is a very old dirt/gravel park. We wanted to be on the North side of Tucson upon continuing our journey. Some road noise. Manager was nice. Good stop over out of Tucson traffic but, close enough to shopping. Park cost $30, but it's only worth $18. Long term people here are nice and friendly. Not a destination spot. We camped at Wishing Well RV & Trailer Court in a Motorhome.

Braunig Lake RV Resort, Elmendorf, Texas

Date of Stay: December, 2013 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Sites are close together 2 ft between slide outs. Sites not level, front wheels off ground to level. Concrete pads. Quite park but I did notice a few dogs running loose in the park. The manager was nice. I never could get the WiFi to work. They had a tech working on it a couple of times, no go. Close to freeway but we were towards the middle and did not hear it inside. I would stay here again. We camped at Braunig Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed here in 2013 Pricey for dirt sites. A little noisy from freeway. Nice to see live animals and they are a sanctuary for hurt and abandoned animals. They have a lot Buffalo but tours are very expensive. The staff is very nice. We camped at Terry Bison Ranch Resort in a Motorhome.

Sioux Falls KOA, Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park for traveling through, although the freeway is right out the front door. If the stay did not cost so much I would have rated it higher. I have stayed in way nicer places, including KOAs, for a lot less. Check other campgrounds in the area before booking here to save money. All dirt pads, with a few shade trees. The pool was not maintained--very dirty. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Motorhome.
