Mackinaw Mill Creek Camping, Mackinaw City, Michigan

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

The Park offers very nice amenities such as two pools, awesome Camp Store and paved roads. The campground is very large which affords you many roads within the facility to ride bikes. My only complaint is that the camp sites were not well groomed. Our site needed its grass cut and trimmed. The camp sites could be maintained better. I was surprised for such a big holiday as the 4th of July, that the sites were not groomed to the max. We camped at Mackinaw Mill Creek Camping in a Fifth Wheel.

Whispering Valley Campground & RV Park, Rapid River, Michigan

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

We stay here on a seasonal basis, although this campground has nightly sites available. The campground is well landscaped with each site having it's own Nature theme. All sites are pull through which makes it very Big Rig friendly. The owners are great Host's and welcome you like family. A Trout pond, and two other ponds add interest to your evening walks. You won't find a more friendly campground in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We camped at Whispering Valley Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
