Muncho Lake Lodge & RV Park, Muncho Lake, British Columbia

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Fantastic experience! Travelling all through Canada and Alaska, it was refreshing to stay at a park who knows what RVers need - spacious level sites, and hook-ups that are located at the correct spot and height of the space. The spaces are tiered on a hillside, so everyone can share in the beautiful view of Muncho Lake. The park is well maintained. The owners were very friendly and helpful, we tow a boat with the motorhome and the owner launched and retrieved the boat for us with his pickup at no charge-made it much easier for us. We happen to pull in there last weekend of the season and were invited to their end of season get together, made us feel right at home. This is a family oriented park, lots of children around, and the people there were nothing but friendly, helpful, and hospitable. We would definitely stay again. We camped at Muncho Lake Lodge & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Winchester RV Park and Campground, Republic, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Winchester RV Park is a very friendly and well kept park. The staff is very professional, the sites well maintained, and the grounds immaculate. We didn't use the showers/restroom facilities since we have full hookups, but we did use the laundry. The laundry room was very clean and they had big machines at a reasonable rate. Access to the local "Rails to Trails" project is within walking distance. We were so relaxed there we stayed an extra night. We camped at Winchester RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Pine Near RV Park, Winthrop, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $27.00

We called ahead for reservations and were told they were not busy and we would have the "best site in the park". When we got there, we couldn't find the site since all the sites were in process of being renumbered. Turns out the site she told us we would get was rented to someone else by another staff member - very disorganized. We settled for the next best space, which there were only a couple, since it also turns out most spaces were being refurbished and were unlevel and muddy. The sprinkler system was on constantly, and I got sprayed in the face one morning as I left the travel trailer. There were no bathrooms or laundry facilities, they were being remodeled as well. Even though the facility wasn't ready for full use, they still charged full price. And their attitude was if we didn't like it, we could always leave. We camped at Pine Near RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
