Oak Shores Campground, Decatur, Michigan

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We've stayed here numerous times. This campground is okay. Not too fancy, not shabby. Lots of golf cart traffic and kids playing in the street. It can get crowded on busy holiday weekends. Power and water is setup weird in older section. I've had to use our 30 amp extension cord and extra hose. They recently built a new section and dredge a pond in the middle These sites are very nice, concrete parking pad and normal utilities. We camped at Oak Shores Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Michigan City Campground, Michigan City, Indiana

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

A very nice park south of Michigan City on 421. Check-in was painless, the owners seemed very nice. Nice clean pool, and the playground looked brand new. We reserved a premium site, which has a cement patio and cement fire ring, plus very nice grass. Overall we had a great time, no complaints! We camped at Michigan City Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Irons RV Park and Campground, Irons, Michigan

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

What a wonderful park! The owners are very nice, friendly. They keep it very clean, probably the cleanest showers I have used. It's also quiet, no rif raf. The pool was nice, again, very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone! We camped at Irons RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Indiana Beach Campground , Monticello, Indiana

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

This park was purchased by a corporation recently. Lots of changes, lots of upgrades. However, the price has gone way up. I think they charge too much for what you get. Almost $50 a night for a parking spot? They do have good hookup's, plus cable TV. Some sites are close together, but this is a very large park, over 1000 sites. The bus/ferry to Indian Beach is nice, but it's not a far walk either. Lots for kids to do: mini golf, batting cages, arcade, nice swim 'castle' thing. Overall it's a really fun place to stay. We camped at Indiana Beach Campground in a Travel Trailer.
