Love this place. It is super clean. The sites are concrete and level with extra patio space for table. Cable has lots of channels. Lots to do - pool, rodeo, air boat rides, putt-putt golf, petting farm, tennis, & more. There's a general store with supplies and a restaurant. Site was considered a premium site. The standard sites are $10.00 cheaper. Rate includes a discount - pay for 5 & get 2 free. Wi-Fi was $15.00 for 1 week and worked well. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a fabulous state park. While there is no shade, it does have FHU, which is a huge plus in our book. The sites are level, gravel, and very spacious. There are plenty of places to ride bikes, hike, or walk the dog. They have a swimming area in the river with picnic areas and a playground. You can rent canoes, motor boats, paddle boards, or kayaks, plus there's a river tour. There is an interesting visitor center telling the history of the area as well as all the wildlife. There is slight noise from Hwy 1 when outside, but no noise inside. Again, it is slight. No WiFi, but we had good Verizon reception for our phones and hotspot and good satellite reception. Shopping/restaurants are a short drive away. We will definitely be back to this park.

Excellent, very clean county park close to shopping/restaurants and easy access off I-95. Site was a full HU, level, asphalt site on the lake. There's plenty of room to bike and walk. The entry is gated with an entry code. There's a dog walk, playgrounds, pavillion, boat launch, and picnic areas. If we had not had reservations elsewhere, we would've stayed longer. We will definitely go back.

Actually, I wanted to rate this higher, but thought it a little pricey compared to others we've stayed at off interstate, hence an 8. Otherwise, it's a really good place to stay off I-75. It's easy in and out. The CG was very clean, and the gravel site was very level. There's lots of space for walking the dog and also good space between other RVs. It's got an unusual set up that we've never seen before. The parking is tandem-style in rows, but every other row, so there's no one parked right next to you, and you can pull out if the rig in front of you is still parked. Unusual, but it worked fine. The cable and Wi-Fi worked well. There's some road noise outside, but none inside the RV. Rate is with a Good Sam discount including tax, and they are cash or check only. We would stay here again when needing an overnight on I-75.

This is an excellent campground surrounded by the N. Ga. mountains, so the views are beautiful. The FHU sites are gravel, level, and spacious. There is plenty of space between sites. Lots of cable channels, and the WiFi is good. The CG is very clean and quiet. Plenty of space to walk the dog as well as a designated pet area. The rate reflects a GS discount for 1 night as well as a weekly rate. This is one of the nicest campgrounds we've stayed. It's easy access off Hwy 441-about 1 mile-and close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

This is a good campground for an overnight stay or if you need to stay a few days while in the area. We stayed one night while traveling from FL to GA, and it was easy in and out to I-75. The road noise is buffered by the campground across the street, which is right next to I-75, so we had no noise inside the RV and only slight noise while walking the dog. There is a small truck stop with a diner within walking distance across the street which was convenient for getting dinner and fueling up. The campground was very clean. It is surrounded by pines which gave a little ambiance, and it has a cute picnic area with covered tables. Gravel/grass, pull-through site needed a little work to level, but was okay. The host was friendly and check-in was easy. Campground takes cash or check only. We'll stay here again in transit back to FL.

Holiday weekend rate. Nice CG with some sites directly beach front. These sites are no pets or sewer (daily dump wagon for a fee). All others have sewer and pets are allowed. Our site was in the upper park area which wasn't near the beach, but was a short walk through the beach sites to the beach. The rates are tiered - Beach front, beach sites, upper park, north upper park. Of course the beach front are the most expensive. If you want absolute beach, then choose beach front. Some beach sites will have a view, but a lot of them don't. There is no shade or privacy, and sites are closer together. In the upper park section there are trees with some sites having nice shade. There are also hedges between some sites for privacy. This area felt more "nestled". All sites are concrete, except the beach front appear to be sand. Ours was very level. The Wi-Fi could be frustrating at times and work well at other times. We didn't use their cable )used our satellite) but they have a lot of channels. They have a lot of workers who are helpful and friendly, with check-in being a breeze. They escort you to your site. A bit pricey, but other than the state parks, this is pretty much it this close to the beach without having to cross the road. We would stay here again.

Nice, quiet, small, clean CG. The owners are super nice and helpful. Pull-through site was gravel and level. Lots of cable channels, and Wi-Fi worked well. Easy on/off I-10. Rate reflects GS discount. Would stay here again.

I hesitated to give this a 10 only because there's absolutely no shade, but for the price (PA), you can't go wrong. Easy, friendly check in. Very well kept and clean park with long, level, concrete pull-thru site. We needed a 1 night off I-10, and this fit the bill, but it appeared like a nice place to stay if you're visiting the Beaumont area. It's very easy on/off the interstate and didn't notice any noise. There's a complimentary continental breakfast. WiFi worked well, and there's cable TV with limited channels. We would stay here again.

Excellent RV park. Site was a long, concrete, level pad with plenty of room between sites. No real shade to speak of at the waterview sites, so took a pull-through. Our site (#6065) had lots of shade, so would recommend. Wi-Fi worked great, and cable had plenty of channels. Easy access from I-10, but a little road noise comes with that. Couldn't hear the noise inside the RV. Plenty of walking space, and there is an off-leash dog park. Rate reflects a Good Sam discount. We would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Rate is the average between 1 night with Passport America discount (50%) and 1 night with Good Sam discount (10%). PA requires cash. Easy access off Hwy 84 and a short drive to Lubbock. Long covered lanes to park for check in. Escort to site with explanation of hookups. Clean, quiet CG with long, gravel, pull-through site that was fairly level. There is an off leash dog park. There appears to be quite a few permanent or long-time residents, but their sites were very well kept, so not a problem at all. A nice place to stay for an overnight or if staying in the Lubbock area. We would stay again.

Date of Stay:

Nice, clean CG right off I-40, so easy access. Easy, friendly check-in with long parking lanes while waiting to check in. Escort to the long, level, concrete pull-through site. There is a little road noise. Nothing bad, but I guess that's what you get for the easy access off a major highway. Cable worked well, but Wi-Fi could go from great to poor within seconds. It was a little frustrating at times. Off-leash dog park and lots of space to walk the dog. Big rig section has no shade, but there are some other shaded sites in the CG. Rate reflects a Good Sam discount. We would stay here again.

I was a bit reluctant about this place based on other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to find it a decent place-IMO. The sites are 50', so we couldn't leave the toad hooked up (40' MH). When I called to make the reservation, they were very good to specify the length of the site, that we might have to unhook, and that they have no Wi-Fi or cable. This way there were no surprises or unmet expectations. The site was fairly level, and we had no problem with the hookups. There is a refundable $5.00 deposit for a water key. We were able to get a satellite signal, and we had very good Verizon service - both on the phone and our own MiFi. We were passing through, so only stayed one night. We would not have hesitated to stay longer if needed. We would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

We stayed in the newer section, which is in the back - sites #200s. The pull-through sites are huge - very wide. The trees that are there don't produce shade yet. The sites are gravel and fairly level. I had no trouble using the Wi-Fi as stated by a previous poster. It was a bit slower at night, but all-in-all worked well. We had good Verizon cell service. CG is clean and large, so lots of space to walk the dog. If you desire more trees, try to stay in the sites #100s (front section), but they are a bit closer together. Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon NP. There is a shuttle if you don't want to take a car to the NP. We would stay there again.

Date of Stay:

This is an excellent RV park. It is clean, the pull-through sites are asphalt, spacious, and level, and there are trees for shade. Check-in was easy. There are long lanes to park in for check-in that are clearly marked. The staff was friendly. They give you a sheet with directions to all kinds of stores you might need and another with a map of the attractions in the area. The location is very convenient for sightseeing in the area. There is a city park next door with a walking path and an off leash dog park. Wi-Fi worked well. We would definitely stay here again.
