Nice, clean CG with easy access to Interstate. Our 50 amp, FHU, pull-thru site was gravel with lots of shade. The whole CG has trees for shade. Our site took a little work to level. Enough space between sites to sit outside. Sites near Interstate were quite noisy. Ours was near office, so noise not a bother inside or out. WiFi was excellent as was cable. Good Verizon cell service. Friendly, efficient check-in. Lots of shopping/restaurants nearby. Close to downtown Harrisburg and easy drive to Hershey. Lancaster about 45 minutes. We would stay here again.

This is a clean campground with a beach on the Saco River. We are a 40' MH and need 50 amp. They only have 20/30 amp, but since we couldn't get a site elsewhere, we thought we could survive on 1 a/c. As it turned out, it wasn't that hot, but we were able to use an adapter and have 50 amp anyway. This is really a camping area, as their name suggests, and not set up for big rigs. Yes, you will fit, as we had a large, spacious pull-through site and had no trouble leveling. Sites are dirt. Getting in was easy, but getting out took some maneuvering. There were a few back-in sites closer to the entrance that would've been easier to exit. There's not much grass anywhere, but lots of trees for shade. It rained, and we had a large puddle near our door. We asked a worker to fill it with dirt, and within an hour, it was filled. Now, that's good service. The WiFi was really good as was the cable TV. Good Verizon cell service. Friendly, efficient check in with helpful staff.

This is a really nice, clean KOA. We loved the trees at every site and the wooded feel. Our 50 amp, FHU, pull-thru site was gravel and level. We had a wood patio/deck with a nice grill. WiFi was very good - no cable, but we were able to get several OTA channels. Friendly, efficient check-in with helpful staff. Easy on/off of I-295. We stayed 2 nights while passing through and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in the area.

We liked our stay here...stayed a week. Sites vary from 30 amp no sewer to 50 amp with sewer plus tent sites. Sites on the water do not have sewer. Our 50 amp, FHU site was a pull-thru, however not enough room to leave the toad attached. Site was gravel/dirt and was level. Our site had no shade, but there are shaded sites. Lots of space to walk the dog and nice views of water. Most sites are fairly close, however we never had a neighbor on our curb side, which was nice. WiFi was excellent as was cable. Friendly, efficient check-in. Good Verizon cell service. There's a free shuttle bus that drives the island to transport you to Bar Harbor, Acadia NP, and points between. IGA grocery store not far in Trenton. We would stay here again.

HUGE, clean RV resort. There's tons for kids/families to do. Lots of activity. There's an adult pool with a bar & grille. Big rig section has pull-thru sites- no shade. Other sections (also can handle big rigs) are very woodsy and shaded. Our site was 50 amp, FHU, gravel, and level, but pricey. Enough space between sites. Friendly, easy, efficient check-in. WiFi was excellent. Limited cable channels. Trolley to the beach. Would stay here again.

This is a really nice, woodsy, clean campground. It has a state park feel. Our 50 amp, FHU site needed some work to level as the terrain is hilly. The terrain also is what gives the cg some ambiance and charm. Our site (#254) was spacious with lots of shade. We had no road noise, but did notice that the sites closer to the entrance had noise. BE VERY CAREFUL of the cg entrance & exit. Our GPS had us going just a little farther per the address. The entrance comes suddenly and is exactly where another road is merging (just past the Subaru dealership). It is a little dicey. Because Hwy 28 is so busy, the exit is hard in a MH pulling, and there is a dip. We cracked our windshield. It might be easier to go up the road before hooking up the toad - that would be my recommendation. The WiFi was excellent as was the cable. Good Verizon cell service. Very friendly staff & easy, efficient check-in. Guard at gate checking passes to enter & exit. We would stay here again.

This is a clean campground within an easy 35-40 minute drive to Newport, RI. We opted for a 30 amp, full hookup site, as their 50 amp sites don't have cable. Not all sites have sewer - only W&E. Our back-in site was spacious and level, but no shade. Most of their sites do have shade. Friendly and easy check-in. There's a lot for kids to do and have fun. Lots of space to walk the dog. The cable was really good but there was no wi-fi at the site. Good Verizon cell service. We would stay here again.

Easy drive to visit Mystic. Extremely long, 50 amp, pull-thru site. Easily leveled. No shade, however some sites have shade. No sewer, but free pump out wagon every 3 days. Clean CG & friendly, easy check-in. Pull-thru sites park alternating directions, so hook-ups share sides of the RVs (not the same hook-up). Hook-up side is fairly close with enough room for slides, but the picnic side between RVs is quite spacious. Excellent WiFi with plenty of cable channels. Good Verizon service. Fun things for kids to do. We would stay here again.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It's pretty much the only game in town and was okay-not great, not horrible-just okay. It has all the fun things..swimming pond, playground, shuffleboard, etc., but it has a little bit of a crowded "trailer park" look in parts of it. Some of the sites are shaded, woodsy, and charming, while there is a section that's out in the open that just seems like campers are everywhere. Our 50 amp, FHU, back-in site was partially shaded and on the end, so we had a nice yard on one side. The site on the other side was fairly close as were most of the sites. We were easily leveled, but had to re-level after a few days. The WiFi was really good. Cable had limited channels, but still plenty to have decent choices. Had good Verizon service. The place was clean. Our GPS wouldn't take Clinton CT. They have blue directional camper signs once off I-95. Follow those signs. They need one of two more indicating you're on the right track. At one point, we thought we were lost. If ever in the area, we would stay again.

Stayed here to visit friends nearby. Was a very nice SP. As noted, the roads there off interstate are narrow and hilly, but doable. Also as noted, signage in the park could use some work, but once we got to our site, it was fine. Didn't notice road noise behind us on 534, but we mostly stay inside. We had partial shade, but some sites are open. We were in pet section. Other sections are really wooded, so it just depends. Site was 50 amp, FHU, and was level. Decent space between sites. We were able to get OTA channels and had good Verizon coverage. We would stay there again when in the area.

The basics of this cg are really nice. We had an excellent, 50 amp, FHU, pull-thru site with a concrete slab. There was a large concrete patio with a grill and patio furniture. We were on the end so no neighbors on one side with a small yard. Site had some shade. There are a lot of shaded sites here - some are pull-thru and some are back-in. Check in was easy and friendly with an escort to site. We had some noise from road, but wasn't heard inside the RV. Some sites are closer to the road with louder noise. Now, the negative...We couldn't get cable at our site. There was a sign in the office that they don't guarantee cable reception at every site. When I come expecting cable as advertised, I expect cable. We were able to get some OTA channels. The WiFi is Tengointernet. The free basic says it's slower than the upgraded that you pay for, so I chose to pay $3.95 for 24 hrs as I hate slow WiFi. It was okay for the most part. When my time ran out, I tried the free basic, and it was faster and better than the "upgraded" I paid for. Go figure. We would stay here again and make sure we get a cable site.

I really like this park stayed here 5 nights. There's something for everyone - shaded pull-thrus or open-field back-in sites with a view of the goings on-both 50 amp FHU, 30 amp wat/elec back-ins on a stream, or wooded tent sites. (The pull-thrus are not long enough to stay hooked up unless you have a short RV - a 40' would need to unhook.) There's a lower section or a steep-drive to an upper section. We were in the lower section - back-in, level, gravel site. There's tons for kids to do - jump pad, pool w/splash park, game room - and other activities-corn hole, horseshoes, basketball, ice cream social, bon fire, karaoke. Lots of activity with people milling about, if you like that. The upper section is quieter and more private, if that's what you're looking for. Very clean - trash picked up at site all day between 9 & 5. Very helpful office staff - friendly, easy check-in. Good cable TV and among the best WiFi we've encountered in 4 years. Fast ALL the time...never slows down during high peak times. Don't know if being in the lower level made a difference. Very dog friendly - good dog park. Easy to get to off I-64. Easy to get to Monticello, etc. Shopping not far in Crozet. Would definitely stay here again.

I think this is an excellent stopover CG off I-95. Easy off/on and easy to maneuver within the CG. Office was closed as it was July 4th. They have a very easy and clearly described self check-in system. Choose your site, put cash in an envelope with site #, and put in box. If paying by CC, go to office the next morning. It says you pay $1.00 more for CC, but they did not charge me that. Our pull-thru, 50 amp, FHU site was gravel and level. We paid $33.00. The paved sites were $5.00 more, and the gazebo sites were another $5.00. WiFi worked well. They had limited cable channels, but plenty to have enough choices. If we had not been traveling to a destination, and if there had been anything in the area, we would've happily stayed here for a few days. We will stay again if traveling on I-95.

Very nice, clean CG. Our level, FHU site was a combination of grass/gravel. Not all are shaded, but we did have some shade. Friendly, easy check-in. Close to grocery store, pharmacy, food. About 10 miles or so from Charleston. Plenty of cable channels. WiFi went from strong to weak depending on time of day & use. Used my own at times. Good Verizon reception. We would stay here again.

Lovely state park. Our 50 amp, FHU site was a very spacious horseshoe pull-thru. Lots of trees for a woodsy effect and privacy. Plenty of room for walking the dog. Very quiet, however we were there during the week. Nice, friendly check-in. Our site had limited cable channels, but no WiFi. Good Verizon cell service. We will definitely be back.
