Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park, White Springs, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2017 - $11.00
Overall Rating:

Rate is Florida resident and senior discount..Stayed a week on site 36...Nice long pull through. A very nice museum and gift shop. The tower was having electric issues so no carols while we were there. Several geocaches in the park that we found...Beautiful park with lovely spring house history overlooking the dried up Suwanee River. Would stay again. We camped at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Lynchburg NW/Blue Ridge Parkway KOA (formerly Wildwood Campground), Monroe, Virginia

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Nicely maintained park...Our site was mostly level and nice shade cover with trees. Wifi was non-existent. We were able to receive 8 channels with our antenna. Lot of up hill climbs and switchbacks to get to the campground. Kinda scary with a 39 ft 5th wheel. Found a different way out..Great destination park. We camped at Lynchburg NW/Blue Ridge Parkway KOA (formerly Wildwood Campground) in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here four days. We had a pullthru that was very easy to set up. Campground is very rustic with wifi and electric and sewer connections There is no cable tv. Mostly long term residents here, but a beautiful woodsy setting. Would camp here again if ever in the area. We camped at Durham Leisure Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Village Green Family Campground, Brimfield, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Very rough roads entering sites. We had a grassy site and it was very soggy after rains. Site was pretty much level. Did not use facilities so unsure of them. Paid for internet usage and it was for nothing. Do not waste your money !! We camped at Village Green Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Starkville KOA, Starkville, Mississippi

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Park is very pretty sitting on a lake with a water park for guests. Nice pull thru spots facing the lake. Laundry room had cobwebs and dust all over the walls and door frames. Did not use showers but looked in and they were very much in need of a good cleaning. Entry way is full of pot holes...beware coming in !! Outside of that the park is very nice itself. We camped at Starkville KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Sourdough Campground, Tok, Alaska

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

We did not use the laundry or restrooms so can not say on the cleanliness. Sites are very nice with trees between each site for privacy. Our site was very level and generous in length. Stayed here on our trip to Anchorage and stayed again on our return trip to Florida. Best campground in Alaska! We camped at Sourdough Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Big Bear Campground & RV Park, Palmer, Alaska

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed at this park on two separate occasions. One of the best parks in the Wasilla/Palmer area. Nicely spaced sites, far enough away from the road to not hear traffic noises. Beautiful view of the mountains. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. No charge for showers, laundry very reasonable. If in the area I would definitely stay here again. We stayed here close to two weeks. We camped at Big Bear Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very friendly staff. Traffic noises as park is very close to highway. Had a pull through spot close to an uphill drive to pull out of. Good for a central location to Palmer, Wasilla, and day trips to Anchorage. We stayed three days We camped at Fox Run Lodge and RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Whittington Woods Campground, Whittington, Illinois

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This was a very nice clean campground. We had a level shaded pull thru lot. The park is well taken care of and worth the price! Stayed at one the night before that was the same price and could not even hold a candle to this park. Would stay here again. Very friendly owners. We camped at Whittington Woods Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
